But after my experience with Ed Simunich with Jack Schmitt Ford Lincoln, he has earned a customer for life. Met with Ed on Tuesday May 19th and negotiated the new car purchase and trade-in in about 25 minutes. The circumstance of the transaction where not typical given that I wouldn't be able to finalize until that Friday but Ed assured me that the car and the deal we had worked out would be there on Friday. Fast forward to Friday.....Met with Ed and the first words out of his mouth was asking about my kids, how my days where since we first met have been and is there anything he can do for me before we get to signing the papers. The commission he was set to earn was the furthest thing from his mind. He truly was making sure I was getting the most professional service one could offer. I will conclude by stating that Jack Schmitt has a true professional that others from with-in should take notes from. From speaking to Jade when making the initial call, working through our deal with Mike Miller, an understanding conversation with Gary when old fashioned prudence caused us to leave to look at just one more car, to coming back in under and hour to ultimately purchase the first car we looked at, we felt very comfortable at Jack Schmitt. Mike understood our position, and it was a very straightforward deal that left no doubt we made the right decision. This place seemed to epitomize the "Customer For Life" philosophy, as opposed to other dealerships whose good nature seems to evaporate once you've signed the line.
