Amazing people! I love Jack Schmidt Ford in Collinsville, IL!!! The customer service was amazing!!! I knew what I wanted when I went in and Jim Smith gave me a few op I love Jack Schmidt Ford in Collinsville, IL!!! The customer service was amazing!!! I knew what I wanted when I went in and Jim Smith gave me a few options. Never pressured me into something I didn't want. He found me the one I wanted and waited til I had all the money, even thou the first one sold Jim found a similar one and I love it a lot. I am a proud owner of a 2010 Ford Escape I owe a big thks to Jim Smith and Jamie Stack for all the work they did to make this all happen!!! More

Awesome!! I posted a note on Facebook if anyone knew a Ford salesperson in area - the immediate responses were JIM SMITH at Jack Schmitt. Wow! They were right I posted a note on Facebook if anyone knew a Ford salesperson in area - the immediate responses were JIM SMITH at Jack Schmitt. Wow! They were right!! Jim was very accommodating and patient with me while I tried to pick between two beautiful cars. He was very easy to work with and not pushy at all. If you are in the market for a car in the Collinsville, IL area - visit Jim at Jack Schmitt. When you are ready to finance, see Jaime Stack. She was also very easy to work with - the whole Finance visit took 20 minutes from the time you entered her office until you left. Wonderful lady! More

After verifying that the vehicle I was interested in was still available she asked what time I would be arriving to look at the car and made sure the vehicle was moved up front and someone was ready to assist me when I arrived.
