Jim had 2 cars ready outside for me to test drive of the ones that I liked from the online shopping. Jim was very pleasant and made you feel like he cared. When we did decide on the car and before I left the dealership with it, he showed me how to link up my phone, use the voice prompts and patiently answered any other questions I had.
