Well let me tell that jack Schmitt took the Grinch out of my Christmas. I bought used truck from them a month ago. With two weeks of owning it I had moon roof issue. I called Amanda Jackson and she worked with her new car manager Alex. They also worked with Jr the used car sales manager and had me bring it in. Let me tell you this no ordinary dealership they made my heart grow three times for this dealership. They are doing everything to make this right. I was treated with respect by both salespersons assisting me (AJ and CW). I received a proposal that I accepted before my initial test drive. I informed the dealership of a price increase before my scheduled test drive; however, I was reassured that my original proposal would be honored. Upon my arrival for the scheduled test drive, the truck was in front waiting for me. I officially met one of my contact salesmen who provided me with information about the truck. I appreciated the freedom to examine the vehicle and test drive it without any hassle or stress. Additionally, I was able to place a $500 refundable deposit to hold the truck, allowing me time to consider this significant purchase. I want to commend the team for their transparency, professionalism, and friendliness throughout the process. I would not hesitate to refer Jack Schmitt Ford to family, neighbors, friends, and colleagues. I will also travel out of state again for such a positive vehicle purchasing experience. Currently have a vehicle in the shop. I have questions about the invoice. I have spoke to the service writer, Jennifer, over the phone twice.
