CHARGED FOR REPAIRS NOT DONE! I’d purchased my 2011 RAM 2500 used from this Dealership. Brought it in for service in Sept with an appt for a CEL. I knew the codes and what needed to be done from an earlier 2500 used from this Dealership. Brought it in for service in Sept with an appt for a CEL. I knew the codes and what needed to be done from an earlier service visit (different shop). No communication about my vehicle until I called - got a reply at 7:30pm!! Repair not done. Then several days go by and only a text quote for repairs - no paperwork or Mechanic’s report as to Diagnostic Report. The Service Advisor kept pushing an agenda and finally seemed to concede to do the work requested. Two weeks later W.O. states wrong part replaced, so had to wait again. At pick up WO still hadn’t corrected the error, and SA wasn’t in. Mgr said work had been done correctly. Directly after pick up, I took videos and photos of my truck as evidence the work wasn’t done as stated on the WO. Then 40 miles later the CEL was back on, with same code, and when I called about this, the Service Mgr Matthew said to bring it back in to be checked. I just confirmed with an independent shop that the PART(S) CHARGED by this Dealership WERE NOT INSTALLED!! Again photos were taken. So, not only did it take >2 weeks to do a repair of a few hours, but they overcharged and CHARGED FOR REPAIRS THEY DIDN’T DO & PARTS NOT INSTALLED!!! Clearly fraudulent practices now prevail at this Dealership. More
Worst experience ever! Just had the manager of the service department tell me he is a for profit business after I asked them to look At a part that was recalled and they supposedly already fixed it. service department tell me he is a for profit business after I asked them to look At a part that was recalled and they supposedly already fixed it. I said ok it was a recall issue and then you fixed it but it's still a problem but you want me to pay you 200 dollars just to look at it? I was basically told he didn't care and I could call corporate. Then they don't want to fix the other 2 new recalls, what a joke. I've had Chryslers for the past 15 years this will seriously affect how I buy again. By the way I own a business and you will not be receiving profit from us buddy! Avoid this place at all costs!! I use this dealership routinely (for the past 12 years) for service at every 7500 mile increment and have generally been satisfied. However, my experience with this dealership’s Parts Department was terrib for service at every 7500 mile increment and have generally been satisfied. However, my experience with this dealership’s Parts Department was terrible. Unfortunately, a cosmetic trim piece that I needed for the tailgate (plastic tailgate trim piece) was priced at $85 my 2012 RAM 3500. I purchased it not realizing that I could get the same piece online for $25. Later when the piece came from Dodge (it had to be ordered and shipped), not only did I have to pick it up at the dealership as it could not be shipped directly to my house, but six small plastic fasteners were not included in the price. To make matters worse, each fastener was priced at $4.30. A total of almost $30 for just the fasteners... I returned to the dealership to request the fasteners be included in the total price, but they declined saying that this was not possible. I ended up returning the $85 plastic part that did not include any fasteners, and was charged a $7.50 restocking fee. Ultimately, I purchased the plastic piece that came with all six fasteners online and had it directly shipped to my house in less than four days for a total of $26.92. Beware of buying parts of this Parts Department. More

UPDATE: After my review below, we were immediately contacted by Alyass to give us reassurance that they were working to resolve the issue. First it started off with making contact with Alyass via internet, coming into a verbal agreement for trade and purchasing a Power Wagon. We are an hour into our 2 hour trip to seal the deal, the truck is sold. Understandably, can’t make holds. However we were told a similar power wagon with “more perks” is available in Orange County and were told they would honor the agreement and would try to get the truck that evening. Went to dealer, no truck, but proceeded to buy a truck we haven’t physically seen, signed the documentation/contract and was told the truck will be delivered on Monday no later than Tuesday. Comes Monday, received a call the truck was sold after we have bought it. The dealer/ Sales Manager- Mike has yet to send us the paperwork we signed and kept our registration from our trade. Sales Manager is giving us the run around, unable to tell us when we are getting the truck and they’re in “talks” with the dealers in Nevada. Oh funny thing, they are paying a driver to drive the truck 350 miles, plus another 200 miles to deliver where we live. So putting 500+ miles into a truck for price of a brand new truck. All because they don’t want to spend too much money on transport, their screw up and take any responsibility. How are we supposed to be understanding? They got more than one star for friendless because of Susanna their customer relations manager who was so sweet and thoughtful to our 3 year old son. More
Promises not kept I bought a new Dodge diesel pickup Oct. of last year and finally got a chance to bring it in for a recall and some paint touch that was promised to be I bought a new Dodge diesel pickup Oct. of last year and finally got a chance to bring it in for a recall and some paint touch that was promised to be fixed..,and a loaner vehicle was to be provided. Guess what? If I want the paint work done I have to rent a car..,for 5 or 6 days. and the light on the mirror that I didn’t notice was broken (bought it at night) and of. Purse they won’t fix that. Here’s the best part,,,the trailer brake controller doesn’t work correctly and service writer tells me they don’t have the tools to test it,,, really? So go ahead and pull your trailer with faulty brakes. Long story short, I’m having the recall done while I wait, ill have my local paint shop touch up the paint and I’ll go to another dealer to have the brake controller fixed..,and I will not buy anything else here or will I recommend them, More

He did a fine job fitting me in, promised the car ready at a certain time and delivered. I heard a new popping noise after the recall work was completed, when engaging the "flash headlights" feature. I was then shown four other cars that do the same popping noise, and was told it was normal. I've never owned a car that made a popping noise under the hood, near the headlights in my five decades of being around cars, owning 15 of them over the years. Although I took my frustration out on the service dept (my apologies to Amr and the other guy), they actually did a fine job, without too much waiting, and gave the car a much needed wash. Since the recall was issued by NHTSA, I have questioned them about the noise, by design or not. But as far as the dealer, they did what was required by the recall order. As long as there are no other electrical related problems to this car, I plan to keep it during the warranty period and have the oil changes and scheduled maintenance done at Jack Powell. If not, then I switch brands. More
