I bought a 2021 Grand Cherokee Jeep in Nov 2021. There was an issue with the window we had to wait for a part it finally came in it was installed and it did not solve the issue, needless to say my There was an issue with the window we had to wait for a part it finally came in it was installed and it did not solve the issue, needless to say my car has been at the service center for almost 3 weeks and no one can figure out what the issue is. Now we are being told it will be another week. We paid our car payment for April on a new car that I don't even have and I may have to make my May payment for a car that is still at the service center. I'm Very disappointed. I was very excited when I purchased my 1st Jeep and now I wish I gone somewhere else. More

In this day and age, his addressing of women (my wife) as, quote "MY DEAR", is uncalled for and offensive to both my wife and myself. Fortunately, I was able to withhold my anger and just handle this in a civilized manner. Omar, you are in a professional environment and was not given any right or permission to address my wife in any manner but as a client/customer not one of your DEARS. This is not OK! This is sexual harassment anyway you put it and your HR dept should be notified. I heard you say MY DEAR three times. Once on the phone to my wife and once again to my wife when we picked up her Jeep and a third time to another women. My wife begged me not to withe this in fear of retaliation or sabotaging our car if we were to return there for service but this kind of nonsense must stop. More
CHARGED FOR REPAIRS NOT DONE! I’d purchased my 2011 RAM 2500 used from this Dealership. Brought it in for service in Sept with an appt for a CEL. I knew the codes and what needed to be done from an earlier 2500 used from this Dealership. Brought it in for service in Sept with an appt for a CEL. I knew the codes and what needed to be done from an earlier service visit (different shop). No communication about my vehicle until I called - got a reply at 7:30pm!! Repair not done. Then several days go by and only a text quote for repairs - no paperwork or Mechanic’s report as to Diagnostic Report. The Service Advisor kept pushing an agenda and finally seemed to concede to do the work requested. Two weeks later W.O. states wrong part replaced, so had to wait again. At pick up WO still hadn’t corrected the error, and SA wasn’t in. Mgr said work had been done correctly. Directly after pick up, I took videos and photos of my truck as evidence the work wasn’t done as stated on the WO. Then 40 miles later the CEL was back on, with same code, and when I called about this, the Service Mgr Matthew said to bring it back in to be checked. I just confirmed with an independent shop that the PART(S) CHARGED by this Dealership WERE NOT INSTALLED!! Again photos were taken. So, not only did it take >2 weeks to do a repair of a few hours, but they overcharged and CHARGED FOR REPAIRS THEY DIDN’T DO & PARTS NOT INSTALLED!!! Clearly fraudulent practices now prevail at this Dealership. More
They're committing auto fraud via false advertising. They advertised a vehicle for $20,900. I jumped through a number of hoops to have the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic. I then went to excuse the sale and write them the funds and they tried to sneak in $2400 in “accessories (see small print below signature line). I escalated this to the sales manager and finally the owners of the dealership. They stated they cannot remove the accessory charges and promptly took down the ad to hide the false advertising. I’m filing a complaint with the FTC as well. More

After my catalytic converter got stolen from my old '99 Honda CRV, I was pushed into having to find a new car (which was not a purchase I had planned for anytime soon). I spent 4 months looking at cars, talking to dealers, and getting close, but never finding the right deal for me. Finally, I found my dream car (a 2021 Jeep Renegade Latitude in Bikini Metallic Teal with the Sun & Sound package) at Jack Powell in Escondido and thanks to their hard work and great attitude, I was able to get the car that I wanted for a price I felt comfortable with. Carlos Fajardo and Mike McGrath were so patient answering all of my questions and made the process smooth and exciting! I had so many run-ins with rude sales people and those dealers that force crazy additional charges into your quote, but my experience at Jack Powell was just the opposite. I had lost so much of the joy of buying my first ever new car through those 4 months of searching, but Carlos and Mike made it fun again! And on top of that, especially in the crazy car market due to the chip shortage, I really got a great deal. It was a 4 hour drive both to and from the dealership for me, but 100% worth it! Even Jaime in financing was lovely to work with and I hear those guys are usually the worst! I would definitely go back to Jack Powell in the future and recommend them highly. Thank you to Carlos, Mike, and Jaime for making my experience a great one and for giving me the chance to own my first dream car! More

I said ok it was a recall issue and then you fixed it but it's still a problem but you want me to pay you 200 dollars just to look at it? I was basically told he didn't care and I could call corporate. Then they don't want to fix the other 2 new recalls, what a joke. I've had Chryslers for the past 15 years this will seriously affect how I buy again. By the way I own a business and you will not be receiving profit from us buddy! Avoid this place at all costs!! UNETHICAL LIARS, THEY ARE NOT EVEN BBB CERTIFIED AND HAVE A D- RATING! Salesman clearly lied and said the dealer add-on SWAT alarm (about $1500) absolutely could not be removed and was a CA "thing." This is a LIE as this is an aftermarket part that was added after it left the factory and the entire system can be removed and had nothing to do with CA. I asked him to clarify since I knew this was a LIE. His response, "I'm not going back and forth with you." He yelled and swore at me and said I was the problem, all while my wife and 10 year old son were there. He got caught in a lie and decided to bully me off the lot. Even used the F word as loud as he could, and this is a very loud person. Had this been my wife alone without me there, she would have fallen victim to this deception, as I'm sure many others have. They continue to conduct business this way as there is no accountability. More
