BUYER BE AWARE..We purchased a suv from Jack Miller in January took them over a month and a half to get the title, I had call them multiple times. They said they sent the tile but was but never sent. No a January took them over a month and a half to get the title, I had call them multiple times. They said they sent the tile but was but never sent. No apology on their end of sending it late. They also require you to take an extended warranty in the contract that you can only cancel by a written statement within 60 days. That also took them 2 months to refund, call them multiple times their response was "oh we are working on it" "oh the person who takes care of it is gone today." I had to call them multiple times, never once did they apologize hey we're sorry, hey we're working on this, nothing to correct any of this. They always had some lame excuse why it's not done. More

Watch for them sliding Gap Insurance in! Will never buy from them again. I made it clear I wanted my credit ran one time and then ran it multiple times. The bigger issue is that they slid Gap Insurance in at $999!! Not one time did they ask if I wanted it or tell me the cost of the product. I made it clear to them that I would be paying off the vehicle immediately once I received the insurance payment for a wrecked vehicle. Scam artist and they will tell you all the stories about integrity and how the vehicle I bought was owned by their service manager. All BS and lies. More

Any car dealership with the name Jack Miller is nothing but I would personally advise anyone to steer clear of buying any vehicle from any Jack Miller dealerships. With my experience they have not paid me reimb I would personally advise anyone to steer clear of buying any vehicle from any Jack Miller dealerships. With my experience they have not paid me reimbursement for my service agreement contract nor for my gap insurance contract. More
Poor service by Sales Manager Tim, salesperson was very professional, spent several hours with me to make sure I was happy with what I want. Very 'pushy' trying to sell a car to me. I went over for a truck and sales manager kept pushing cars on me. I found a car I was interested in, after taking the car home and driving for a day or two found out there was front end damage and Sales Manager said they would not take care of it. Returned car, and in less than 30 minutes of returning the car they fired Tim. The Sales manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever met and I would not recommend dealing with them More
