Took it back and same story, not fixed. this is the third time i will be taking the car back to them to fix. Please save your money and go to a respected car dealer. Metzers didn't even give the car a visual safety inspection before they sold the car to us. They LIED to us from the beginning. More

Contacted the dealer to order a rim for my Ford. The first person that I spoke with at the dealership assured me that I could get the part the next day. I called the next day to check on my order, spok first person that I spoke with at the dealership assured me that I could get the part the next day. I called the next day to check on my order, spoke with another person who told me it would be two more days. Two days later, I called, spoke with a third person, who told me that my part would not be available for another 6 weeks. I ordered through them because of the initial promise of next day service and ended up without my car for a week, waiting on a part readily available at other dealerships. I will never deal with them again. More
