We were trying to get back to Northern CA but didn't know if it was safe to drive our Ford Fiesta or not. We called the service department, and Jorge was so polite and helpful. He told us to come on in and they checked it out. Was not critical (light caused by catalytic converter), so we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. What a relief! We'll take our car in to our dealership when we get back in town. More
