Getting warranty work done is near impossible when they declare what is and isn't covered even if there are a few scratches. They're quick to associate with the Ford brand when things are good and then di declare what is and isn't covered even if there are a few scratches. I’ve been here a few times and will continue to use them for service. My last visit took longer than expected AND required a second trip to finish the service. After making the trip, I was disappointed that I drove all the way from Bardstown for an air filter. Brad does appear to be overwhelmed at times, but he’s still courteous and friendly. More

The dealership did a fine job changing the oil and doing a tire rotation. The only negative thing was it took about a half hour longer than I was told. Overall good experience and a bonus was they had sna a tire rotation. The only negative thing was it took about a half hour longer than I was told.
