Love the dealership and service center. I was highly disappointed with my last service appointment. I had an 11am appointment and was informed it would take about 1.5 hours. I decided not to wait and 4 hours later I got the call that the car was ready. It was very apparent that Hannah put me the theback of the line which is totally unacceptable. More

I had an issue with my 2023 Ford Explorer that I recently purchased from Jack Kain. I spoke with Bob and Dave and they had service fix it for me, at no cost to me. They didn't have to.
