I wish there was a way to rate the sales department separate from the service department. My experience with sales was wonderful service however, was not so great. I dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesd separate from the service department. My experience with sales was wonderful service however, was not so great. I dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday because the window wasn’t working and there was a strange sound from the front end The next morning Lisa called and said they’d have to order the window module and they couldn’t hear the sound from the front end. By Friday it was fixed when they were backing it out. They heard the sound and I chose to leave it there over the weekend so they could look into it further on Monday. Monday afternoon I got called and they felt that the front end had been worked on before which was unknown to me so it was void of warranty. I called Matt the next day and explained the situation and he said they Will take care of it. Thank you, Matt. They had to order parts so another week went by. The parts finally came in and when they went to put them in, they wouldn’t fit because the truck has a lift. Sadly I put a lot of faith in Jack Kane Ford‘s multi point service inspection when I purchased the vehicle I feel That this should’ve been noticed or at least presented at the time of sale. Secondly, I’m not sure how the service tech didn’t notice that it had a lift on it the second he looked at it. Anyway, I said just put it back together and I’ll pick it up. When I picked it up the alignment was off terribly and about a mile away. I realized that since they fixed the window switch now the door lock switch doesn’t work. This vehicle has 8800 miles on it. I need it right but don’t have the faith in their service department, but don’t know where else to go. More
