They impressed me then (Bill Kain couldn't have been any nicer or supportive), and I told myself I would give them a shot the next time I wanted a vehicle. They didn't disappoint! Dale Stubblefield, our sales person, was patient and professional and a nice guy. No pressure tactics, no "gotta talk to my boss" horse hockey, just straight talk and information. I knew what Iu wanted, and he respected that. He did his best to provide me with options, was great with my wife, and just generally made us spending our hard earned dollars a pleasant experience. We are the proud owners of a Ford Certified F-150: a great vehicle at a fair price and with tremendous financing. The closing process was well done and efficient: Matt McCall and Mark Morford made it all very straightforward while still having a personal touch that was very appreciated. We are customers for life and recommend Jack Kain Ford to anybody looking. We will be checking out the Back Row Joes vehicles when it comes time to put our young teens in vehicles as well. He is a kind, friendly man who made us feel like he listened to what we wanted. We absolutely recommend visiting Jack Kain Ford for your sale. The only negative experience was the car detail prior to driving off the lot was sub par. The windows were extremely smudged and an oily substance was dripped along the hood of the car. I still would recommend buying a car as Phil makes the process smooth and comfortable. We will definitely be returning for our next purchase!! More

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and you immediately feel like you are a part of the family when you walk in. It is very much a no pressure, enjoyable experience when buying here. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new Ford vehicle (or something used), take a short trip to Versailles to take advantage of this dealership. One other thing....after the purchase these guys will take care of you down the road on service, and are always friendly and willing to help in any way possible.
