My husband and I recently visited Jack Ingram VW with the intent to lease a second vehicle. Rita was our salesperson. She met us very promptly and after determining what we wanted, she proceeded to show us intent to lease a second vehicle. Rita was our salesperson. My husband could not decide between 3 of the vehicles that he liked. However, Rita was extemely patient and courteous in answering all of his questions and helping him make the final choice. Her knowledge of the vehicles was impressive and her her outgoing manner was refreshing. She truly went that "extra mile" to insure we were satisfied with our decision. I am 53 years old, so I have purchased many vehicles over the years. I have been anticipating the arrival of the 2013 TDI Beetle. When the dealer got one in, I came in for a test drive. After the test drive, I asked Rita to see if there was a diesel Beetle configured the way I wanted. They found one at the port in Georgia. Rita had my 2009 Jetta evaluated and the dealership made me an offer. I went home and did some research on the value of my Jetta. I returned to the dealership the next day and made a counter-offer.
