Recent service did not clear up issue w/ residue inside headlight lens…disappointed that service staff told me it was “potential” dirt & contamination and that according to some evaluation they’re instruct headlight lens…disappointed that service staff told me it was “potential” dirt & contamination and that according to some evaluation they’re instructed to do that “headlight replacement isn’t justified!” I’m not asking for replacement, but that the inside lens is cleaned. Been this way since I purchased car a yr ago. If potential dirt & contamination are on inside lens, and within year of purchasing a BRAND NEW vehicle, then Porsche needs to do a better job at preventing this from occurring. By the way, I don’t believe is dust or contamination…it looks like very small specs of white paint. More

Needed servicing for 100k miles and diagnostic test. Dropped off overnight on 2/26/2023. On 2/27/2023 told me that my car was "lost". Took 1/2 day to confirm its whereabouts, and 2 days to get my car ba Dropped off overnight on 2/26/2023. On 2/27/2023 told me that my car was "lost". Took 1/2 day to confirm its whereabouts, and 2 days to get my car back. The car has more problems now vs. before; Wiper blades (like new) and the washer fluid WAS full however blades not fitting correctly and scratching the windshield, and the washer fluid light on the very next day. Results: Charged approx $700 with $7k estimated repairs. Provided Extended Warranty Info: The service advisor stated she would get back to me the next day (3/1/2023) regarding coverage and the timeframe for repairs/parts. Over the next 7 days of emailing and calling I finally speak to the service manager (3/7/2023) who made excuses for his rude and incompetent service advisor's unprofessionalism, and at 3:30 pm was urged to bring Audi in for pics per the request of the insurance company. Arriving at 4:55 pm, I was basically attacked by the service manager and service advisor for not arriving sooner, which I videoed. Not provided an estimated timeframe in which the repairs/parts would have occurred, although I'm warned not to drive my car long distances until fixed. DISAPPOINTED! UPDATE: On 3/16/2023, I learn from my insurance company, they requested pictures of my Audi on 3/1/2023 and have NOT received anything from Jack Ingram whatsoever. This situation has gone from bad to worse. More
