They sold me a car with a bad engine back in August of last year and is currently giving me the runaround on repairing it. I have been calling for over a week and they keep telling me the same crap everyd last year and is currently giving me the runaround on repairing it. I have been calling for over a week and they keep telling me the same crap everyday that they are going to give me a call but they never do. This car started giving us problems within a month with the car running hot because there was no oil in the car so we had to pay for an oil change but then it runs hot again so we take it to a local Nissan dealership in Huntsville to find out that the car was sold with a bad engine and that’s why it keeps running hot and low on oil. Call the warranty company and guess what they refused to do repairs because the car wasn’t maintained properly. So Jack Ingram needs to replace or pay for a new engine. Do not buy a car here unless you bring your own mechanic. And I’m still waiting for a phone call after a week from Stan or Steve. Now my son who’s in college and works part time is stuck in Huntsville without a car and paying for rides to work. We will continue to fight to have Jack Ingram held accountable for fixing the issues because this is unacceptable. More

The problem is with the other service employees that obviously didn't want to be bothered. I was having the oil changed and the tires rotated. When the trainee held up the valve stem caps in the window asking if I wanted black or green, I realized he had just put air in my tires instead of nitrogen. When I inquired, I was told I would have had to tell them I wanted nitrogen. So the money I spent for nitrogen in my tires was a waste. Make sure you tell them if any air is needed that you want nitrogen instead. This was my first service on the new Rogue sport purchased in August. Hopefully it will go smoother next time. Any future purchases will be because of my sales person Sandra. This lady takes care of business. More
