Bought a part, never received and no money returned I bought a lever change on 9/7. Waited a few days for an update, saw the order was canceled. No notification that item/order was canceled. Emailed them and was told item was not in stock so order was canceled. Asked if refund was issued numerous times and they said it was issued but would check with accounting. Email correspondence with Emanuel and never heard back about my refund. The way they do business is a scam. It's now 10/3 and still no refund. I'm now having to dispute the charge with the credit card company since they don't want to the fair and honest thing. More

They live up to the reputation of dishonest They never showed carfax when I was buying a certified preowned RDX. I asked if the vehicle has been in any accidents.
