Lindsay is the greatest!!!!! She is the type of person you wish to do business with. Lindsay goes over the top to solve any service issues with your car. Billing your adding = labor,parts, misc, misc dicd tax 10.20 =23.15=5.50= -6.81 = 2.34 total 34.38 I added same 10.20,23.15, 5.50 =38.85 -6.81=32.04 tax 6% =1.92 total 33.96 ??? Maybe ya'll are payi 10.20 =23.15=5.50= -6.81 = 2.34 total 34.38 I added same 10.20,23.15, 5.50 =38.85 -6.81=32.04 tax 6% =1.92 total 33.96 ??? Maybe ya'll are paying to much to the state for taxes ? By the way the $6.81 disc was from over charge last oil & tire rotation. Next time I will check the bill before I get home. Thanks Larry More

Uwe(The German Guy)met me in the parking lot as I was driving thru the new truck section. I didn't see what I was looking for in their lot and told Uwe so. He was quick to say let me see what's out the driving thru the new truck section. I didn't see what I was looking for in their lot and told Uwe so. He was quick to say let me see what's out there (other dealerships) and maybe we can find what you're looking for. He seached for a vehicle w/ the assistants of Jim Steer who works inside. They found a vehicle I was interested in approx. 300 miles away. I worked w/ Kathy on the price and we finally came to an ageement on the price and terms of the purchase. They dispatched a runner that day who drove to another state and brought the truck back the next day. I worked w/ Carl on closing the deal and signing the necessary paper work. While closing the deal Carl mentioned the extended warranty that would give me 100,000 miles/48 months bumper to bumper on the new truck. After careful consideration and going through the numbers I decided to take the extended warranty. This is'nt my first vehilce purchase and I'm to old to get rapped up in the excitement of buying a new vehicle, believe me, purchasing a new vehicle every three to four years can be painful and exhausting. The people I worked with at Jack Wilson Chevy who I mentioned above made my purchase a little easier. I never felt pressured to buy a thing. They took their time, worked w/ me and got me a deal I could live with. I'm not the easiest person to trade with, I'm not difficult, I just know what I need and want in a vehicle. I drive upwards of 40k a year in the vehicles I purchase. More
What a joke of a dealership. I have bought many cars in my lifetime but this dealership is the worst in my opinion. Bought a used vehicle, took over 3 hours to negotiate a deal. After agreeing upon price a my lifetime but this dealership is the worst in my opinion. Bought a used vehicle, took over 3 hours to negotiate a deal. After agreeing upon price and terms, finance dept. tries to increase charges with additional financing. Dealership forgets to give me the correct keys and I get locked out of my car. Later learn the car has been either stolen or wrecked and repaired. Paperwork that I signed takes 3 weeks to deliver. Beware of these people, they are only looking out for themselves. More
I bought a certified pre-owned Malibu from this dealership. I loved how laid back the sales people were. No one every got in my face or pressured me to do anything. I have some credit blemishes, but he worked very hard to get me a good deal on the car and the financing. I am so happy with how everything turned out. Also, the car is superior--really beautiful! I would definitely purchase another car from this dealer in the future, and I recommend Brian as a salesman, too. More
