Warrant denial I bought a brand new corvette z06. Drove it 1100 miles. Washed it once with standard car soap and water and noticed the wheels were corroding. I was I bought a brand new corvette z06. I was told they don't know what happened but it's not covered by warranty-2 months after I called. One of their service people even ask if I bought it used. Some explanation. Thier is an e Electrical issue with our 2012 Chevy traverse it caused the car to lock up ,slide off the road and go up on two wheels when my wife and kids were driving the car on 11/29/2015. We had the car toed through insurance to yhe dealership that same day.and told collision department manager Chris that we had an extended warranty or we could get it fixed through insurance. We asked them to find out what was wrong with the car and let us know so we could decide best route of action. Over the next 30 days we called multiple times a week , speaking to Chris and Larry about the vehicle . We were told we were waiting on insurance adjuster every time. After 30 days we called again reminding them that we don't have to wait on insurance to run it through the warranty. We had to go back and forth with them saying our warranty was past the mileage to cover repair even though we have only had vehicle for 6 months. They said we didn't know you had a warranty we will get part ordered and get car to service department. The service department was supposed to have our car done by January 1st 2016 at the latest . Here it is 1/6/2016 car still isn't finished. I'm beginning to think they have no clue what they are doing. Add to all this they refuse to give us a loaner vehicle and we have been stuck paying $48 a day for a rental car since 11/26/14. I have never in my life been made to feel so very little valued as a customer. This dealership really does not care about Thier customers. Stay away , go anywhere else but Jack Wilson Chevrolet. More

Ask for Bruce Galbraith! AMAZING! Bruce Galbraith at Jack Wilson Chevrolet changed our lives! We are in our mid-twenties and paying off large student loans, so our credit is "poor". We never in a million years thought we would be driving a brand new car anytime soon! We were wrong! After a phone call with Mr. Galbraith I was reassured I was not the only person dealing with these issues! He emailed me an application online, which I promptly filled out and returned him. Within fifteen minutes he had responded to me saying we were approved! I had three requirements: 1.) The payments had to be below $300.00 a month. 2.) The vehicle had to be able to last the length of my loan without major complications. 3.) It had to get good fuel economy. Bruce made sure all of my bases were covered and then some! We are now the proud owners of a 2015 Chevy Sonic LT Sedan... and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! With Bruce's kindness, honesty, and ability to negotiate with the black friday sale we were able to get the car for thousands under the sticker price! I am so thrilled! Bruce Galbraith is one of the easiest, kindest, honest men I have met in my entire life and I was utterly shocked that all of this helpfulness came from someone selling me a car! He even text us the day before (on Thanksgiving, no less!) to reassure us and tell us exactly what to bring Friday morning and to wish us a happy holiday, which was amazing! A+ to Jack Wilson Chevy for having this guy on your staff! I will be recommending this dealership and specifically Bruce Galbraith for years to come! THANK YOU BRUCE!!!!! More
Never by a used vehicle from Jack! I bought a used truck from Jack Wilson and 10 miles down the road the check engine light flashed. I called they said it had sat so long the air sensor I bought a used truck from Jack Wilson and 10 miles down the road the check engine light flashed. I called they said it had sat so long the air sensor was probably triggering it. They said bring it in we will knock 20% off whatever we do. So I used my better judgment took it else were. They checked the codes and I had three things wrong. An air flow issue no oxygen means no fire which means low power, and two transmission issues that there is no way they could have missed during inspection. Fortunately I was able to get it fixed by an honest service department and now have a great vehicle. But the lesson learned is they cover things up, expensive things, and are not an honest group. BEWARE---RIPOFF SERVICE CENTER!!! A 1 start is 10 times better than they deserve. The service center is the WORST in the business! I took my Hummer there to have them put a light bar on. The new light bar had it's own switch while the original was wired directly into the light switch. When I get my car back all of a sudden the under hood fuse center "went out".. the very same day to which they claimed they had nothing to do with it. The personnel were extremely rude, the attitude of "Do what you have to do"...The service center manager Rocco is a complete xxx and expected me to pay for half the repairs of what they broke. See them in court. More

Watch your P's & Q's at this dealer, they won't hesitate to stick it to you. We agreed to the price and trade amount with the salesman but when I got to the Finance/Closer person he passed a won't hesitate to stick it to you. We agreed to the price and trade amount with the salesman but when I got to the Finance/Closer person he passed a $995.00 change by me. MY wife found the error when we got home, she called back to the Salesman. They wouldn't do anything about their error, which he admitted to. The salesman offered her a $40.00 tank of gas to make up for the $995.00 they scammed out of us.. I'm not going to kill myself over $1000.00, we won't have to file bankruptcy, but I'm certainly not happy. More
