Why would anyone purchase a vehicle from a Stealership that tries to charge its customers 11k over MSRP on a C8 E-Ray when there are honest and ethical dealers out there offering new E-Ray's for 5K-10k un that tries to charge its customers 11k over MSRP on a C8 E-Ray when there are honest and ethical dealers out there offering new E-Ray's for 5K-10k under MSRP. If you do decide to shop at Jack Hanania Chevrolet make sure to ask for Jeremy Cooper I'm sure he would be more than happy to throw in some free lube with your purchase. More
Second time purchasing through Hanania Chevrolet. The first experience was great and would have resulted in five stars. The second, and most recent (October 2024), was good up until we drove off the lot with our brand new truck and the "We Owe You" in hand. It has been over a month now and every time we have called to ask where the steps and floormats are that come standard on our Trail Boss (and are listed on the window sticker) we get told that they "might have to just order them" for us since they aren't in. When I called to talk to the sales manager, Rick, he got very aggressive on the phone with me. He made false accusations against my husband, started raising his voice, wouldn't let me speak, and it got so bad I was practically yelling so he could hear me ask him to please let me finish my sentence. He refused and was so verbally aggressive and unrelenting that I ended up having to hang up on him. It is so sad that we came back to Hanania because of how wonderfully they treated me on my last purchase, and now we would never recommend them to anyone. Top it off, they owe us the items (plus installation) that we paid for in our deal (because these items come standard with the Trail Boss package), but we aren't sure they will honor their "We Owe You" at this point. So if they don't, we will have to pay over a thousand dollars elsewhere for the items plus installation that we have already paid for in the cost of the vehicle. If you do choose to give Hanania Chevrolet a try, we hope you have a better experience than we did. Just please be careful and try to avoid interacting with Rick, the sales manager, if you have any issues or questions. You don't want to get on his bad side! More
I recently purchased a 2022 Honda Civic from Jack Hanania Chevrolet, and I would recommend staying away from this dealership. I worked with a salesman named Josh. He was dishonest with me several times, which I called out. They tack on a bunch of fees which made their asking price for the car 5 thousand dollars more than what it was listed for online. I told him he would not have my business unless he sold it to me for the originally listed price- and so we finally did work out a number which I agreed to. Instead of giving me a print out of the "out the door" price like he'd done before, he hand wrote it- which I found a bit odd, so I took a picture of it after he had stepped out of the room. I moved over to the finance room and spoke to Jimmy, who seems like a really nice fella, but beware. He told me what the monthly payment would be, which was much higher than I expected for the amount I was financing. I asked Jimmy why the payment was so high- and he told me this was because of the bumper to bumper warranty that was offered by the bank. I asked him if the warranty was optional. Jimmy said the warranty was not optional, that it lowered my interest rate, and that I had to wait 60 days to opt out. Jimmy also told me he would email me the copies of the paperwork, which he never did. I called to follow up several times but was continuously sent to voicemail. So instead I called the bank which I financed the car through. They had the paperwork on file, and they read the warranty information to me over the phone. They told me that the warranty added an additional 3 thousand dollars to my loan, the warranty was not offered by them, and that it was a different company, and that the warranty did not give me a lower interest rate, and was not required. They told me there was no requirement to wait 60 days before I could opt out of the warranty either. I was lied to by Jimmy, he wanted to sell me this warranty, and he didn't want me to know the truth about it- likely because it's money in his pocket. The out the door price Josh quoted me was less than I ended up paying, and the amount I now owe for this car is thousands more than what I was told I would be financing by both Josh and Jimmy. That is called misrepresentation. I will file with the BBB due to this incident, and I will never purchase from this dealership again. This dealer is going to try and trick you into paying substantially more than the car is worth however they can. Buyers beware. More

Bait and Switch, I was pre-approved and when I showed up they only offered 1 vehicle. On the test drive the vehicle overheated. I checked back the next day and was told that a part was being replaced. I the they only offered 1 vehicle. On the test drive the vehicle overheated. I then asked if they could swap to one of the other vehicles I was interested in and was told that the bank withdrew financing. Basically if I didn't want the car they wanted to sell me I get nothing. That same day I contacted another dealership so I didn't waste money canceling the insurance policy and ended up with a much better vehicle and deal. Disgusting way to do business, not recommended!!!
