Loved my experience there! I was so frazzled when my car was hit by a hit and run driver and totaled one month after I paid it off. I was not ready to go looking for a new car or get into a new car payment. I stopped in at Jack Evans Chevrolet because they were close to where I picked up my rental car. Boy am I glad I did. Lauren Miller, one of their sales associates came to help me out. I drove two different cars and fell in love with the second car I drove. I was not yet ready to jump into the sale at that time. She worked the figures up for me and let me know what the total amount would be. I left impressed with the no pressure, no hassle atmosphere there. I took a couple days, drove a few other cars at some other dealerships, but my thoughts kept coming back to the courteous, friendly understanding folks at Jack Evans Chevrolet. Their price was unbeatable and the warm, relaxed atmosphere is just what I needed. I love my new 2015 Chevy Sonic. It is awesome!!! More

Will Go Back Looking for a car for my son for about a month. He decided he liked the Jeep liberty's so searched the internet. We found a lot and made 2 trips to NOVA just to be disappointed by pieces of crap. Pictures can hide a lot. Stopped at Jack Evans on one of our trips back and ended up buying one on their lot. The whole process was easy and stressless. Josh was great. I questioned the tires that were on the vehicle and they never blinked. They ordered 4 new ones with out trying to make us pay for them. Outstanding job guys, I will definitely recommend this dealership and will go back if I get the chance. More

I had it towed and dropped it off after hours and saw the sales team the next day to see if they had a good reliable used car with low mileage, I had always gotten quick professional service on my old car. Lauren was wonderful and showed me a few cars as I had a tight budget and hadn't planned on getting another. I have a specific need for a full sized cars as I can't drive a compact. When I came back after work the next week early in the week. I was able to test drive the Chevy Impala with Joshua who was very courteous and friendly. Keith was able to help me use my old car as a trade in and Jeremy explained everything fully the next day with the financing and extended warranty. Josh and Lauren were great, especially Josh who handled our purchase of a 2015 Trax. John Evans, the owner, was most pleasant. Meeting the owner is not something that usually happens. After deciding to buy, the vehicle was ready at the appointed time, early even. The transaction was handled quickly and professionally by Jeremy. Josh spent quite a bit of time explaining the various functions of the Trax. Although the dealership was 45 miles from home, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The entire staff we dealt with was superb. More

The Way It Should Be The entire staff at Jack Evans were awesome from start to end. We were on a time crunch because we had to be home to pickup our son from school a The entire staff at Jack Evans were awesome from start to end. We were on a time crunch because we had to be home to pickup our son from school and they made every effort to make sure we were able to do so. There was no haggling about the price, because it was a great price for the vehicle we wanted. I tried to hand them the keys for the vehicle we were trading in, but they wouldn't take them because they wanted us to be apart of the evaluation. This is something that has never happened before. Most places want your keys and hold them hostage so you couldn't up and leave. Not this place! They let you keep the keys, even after the evaluation. The person we dealt with, Josh, was great. He was always upfront about everything, as were the entire staff. There were absolutely no games what so ever. The owner, Jack Evans, even came out and personally thanked us for the purchase! How many times have you had the owner of a dealership come out and personally shake your hand and thank you? To go further on to telling you all how great these people are, let me say this. The next day when my wife was driving the car, the check engine light came on. That was a little frustrating since we haven't even had the vehicle for 24 hours. Never the less, when I called them I was told that it was covered under the certified car agreement and it will be taken care of. The thing is, we live about 1 and half hours away from the dealership. The local Chevy dealership was not all to helpful ad we felt as if they did not want to honor the warranty. The service manager from Jack Evans called and said that they would drive out here (1 1/2 hours) and give us a vehicle to use while they drove our car back to their shop, fix it, and then return it to us. How awesome is that for customer service! They were willing to drive a total of 6 hours to make good on their word and their reputation. I have to say that my wife and I have nothing but respect for them at Jack Evans. They are all honest, straight forward and completely trustworthy people and I have no problems going to them again if we need another vehicle. Thank you everyone at Jack Evans for making our buying experience one we will never forget. More

During this time we responded with excitement to several other Northern/Central Virginia dealerships only to be disappointed by poor customer service, vehicles not matching the online description, or the vehicle is no longer available. A few weeks ago we found a potential vehicle at Jack Evans Chevrolet in Front Royal. We were a bit reluctant to make the nearly 2 hour drive which we were certain was going to lead to disappointment and a wasted day. I am happy to report that the entire experience was excellent right from the start! Lauren's hospitality was incomparable. The entire staff made us feel right at home and welcome. They helped us through the entire process from our vehicle trade-in through vehicle financing. I am pleased to say that Jack Evans will be the first place I look for my next vehicle! More

Not only did I find a great car, but the staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I liked how I wasn't pushed or rushed into purchasing a car, they gave me time to look around and think about what I wanted to buy! Franklin did an awesome job in letting me know all the details about the car I was interested in, he had a great personality and was great to work with!
