Honestly, I had some doubts about the possibilities for something to work out. Along with Monty Lala and Amanda McGinnis' help, I was able to acquire my Accord at a great price and with very gracious financing. Second of all, the easiness of the paperwork to make the deal complete. Monty had that set up nicely for Amanda to finalize. Amanda did a great job of explaining details and options. Lynwood has also been helpful with post sale loan questions. Thirdly, in summary, the best thing about Ellena Honda to me is that it is clearly a team effort striving to exceed customer's expectations. Mine certainly were!
