My experience started when I had enough with my Jeep problems. I walked into Jack Ellena Honda and met Chris. He was friendly, listened to the issues I had with my Jeep, and made a few suggestions. I am a woman in my 30s and sometimes skeptical to go places, like car dealerships or car servicing businesses alone. I immediately felt 100% comfortable with Chris. He showed me a few options, and even stayed a little late so I could test drive a Civic. He accepted that I was just in the beginning stages of looking for a new car and did not pressure me at all to buy. I gave him my cell phone number, which I am usually very reluctant to do. It turns out, this was the best thing I could have done. I fell in love with the Civic but needed to wait for my husband to return from a business trip to make my decision. In the meantime, I found another vehicle--very different from the Civic--that I loved just as much. Ultimately, I chose the Civic because of Chris. He was open, honest, gave me an amazing price for my trade in, and did not try any of the tricks most salesmen do. He was GENUINE. Ever heard of a CAR SALESMAN being GENUINE? Me either. Throughout the day I made my decision on which car to buy, Chris texted me pros and cons of both vehicles. After giving me a pro of the vehicle not on his lot, I asked why he wasn't cheering for me to buy his car. Here is a direct quote from Chris, "I'm cheering for the best deal for your family." That sealed the deal for me. Zero pressure, amazing service, friendly people. And to top it all off, the dealership stayed open late the night we bought the Civic to accommodate our schedules...and Chris bought dinner for our family of four since we couldn't make it in until dinner time after a long day of work. Nate was very professional and courteous, and a pleasure to work with. We also worked with Monty (primarily on the negotiating), and he was also very nice and a pleasure to work with. I had to bring the van back in after purchasing it to have the rotors resurfaced, and that was handled very smoothly, with good customer service in the repairs department. Overall, Jack Ellena Honda was a very pleasant dealership to work with and I'd certainly consider doing business with them again. More
