But i have a doubt: The form received after service shows all the procedures performed--by means of computer-printed green checks rather than by means of hand-written check marks by the technician. That's one step removed from the person who actually did the work, Isn't it? I see the possibility of error and/or some of the work being left out. As with my previous experience (Ford and Toyota) I'd like to know that the worker actually completed the report I see. P.S. I do not want to create one MORE password in order to submit a review. More
Overpriced and under performed Vehicle was in for a timing belt service at oil change. Customer was called about other issues and service department informed to proceed all service Vehicle was in for a timing belt service at oil change. Customer was called about other issues and service department informed to proceed all services needed. Water pump, timing belt, oil change, valve adjustment and spark plug replacement was performed. The timing belt tensioner was never mentioned in the multipoint vehicle inspection nor was mentioned on the phone. The tensioner was not performed. Total costs for services was over $2000. Less than 6 months and 10,000 miles later the vehicle is making an intermittent knocking noise. The SUV was taken to a different Honda service department 30 minutes away and the timing belt tensioner was noted to be leaking and was not recommended to be drive. Pictures were taken and sent to customer. Due to the nature of where the tensioner is located, the total service was again expensive due to hourly labor rate. This service should have been done with the ORIGINAL SERVICE performed at Jack Ellena. I was overcharged on many service parts and the complete service was not performed. I will never take my vehicle back to Jack Ellena. I even purchased this vehicle from Jack Ellena. I’m disgusted how they treat their customers. More

Adequate, but not stellar. This visit was fine, but I had a much better experience when I went to the Toyota dealership for service. I had carwashes for life with them, so I asked when I bought my car and they said they would wash it anytime I had service. This is the first time at 40,000 and every time before, they said they would do it and "forgot" or said it was too cold, or other excuses. They are low pressure about the upsells (wipers, filters, etc.). More
