Outstanding Service Department This review is in regards to their service department. I worked with service advisor, Josh Hershey, who was empathic to my repair concerns and time l This review is in regards to their service department. I worked with service advisor, Josh Hershey, who was empathic to my repair concerns and time line for having the repairs completed and the car back to me. He made arrangement for someone to drive me home after I dropped my car off, and since I was not able to come back to get the car when it was done, he had someone bring my car back to my home. Awesome customer service. The car was repaired correctly, the first time, and I had my car back when promised. A few months later, while traveling in another state, I had an issue with one of those repairs and had to take the car in to a different service dealer, who was less than thrilled to help me. I called and spoke to Todd, the service manager for Jack Demmer, asked for some help, and he took care of making sure the service dept. I was at, took care of the repair for me. Todd took the worry off my shoulder & by phone worked between the 2 service dept. to complete the repair and send me on my way happy. Customer service at it's finest! More

Exceptional customer service I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle coming off lease, a 2014 MKZ with Samer Awazem. Samer usually only works with new car purchases, however I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle coming off lease, a 2014 MKZ with Samer Awazem. Samer usually only works with new car purchases, however because of the outstanding relationship he had with his client who was turning in his lease car, Samer agreed to help me purchase that car. He had everything prepared and ready for the transaction, especially exceptional since this car would be plated and titled to drive to another state. He took the time to explain every paper I had questions on, and he also sat in the car with me, programmed my phone and XM radio for me. He taught me what the most important gauges on the car meant and how to use them. I had a ton of questions and he answered them all, with a smile and can do attitude. He gave me all the time I needed and made me feel important. He sold me the vehicle clean & with a full tank of gas in it, When the Secretary of State took longer than expected getting the temporary plate for me, he made sure to check on me while I waited and offered me food and a drink. Everyone in this dealership was friendly and seemed to enjoy their job and they were also willing to help me, when Samer was on the phone, if I needed something. I will drive 5 hours to come back to this dealership again. Best customer service at a car dealership I have ever received, and I currently own 5 cars. This dealership should be a role model for other Lincoln dealerships to strive to be like. Thank you for a job well done. More
