Exceptional customer service I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle coming off lease, a 2014 MKZ with Samer Awazem. Samer usually only works with new car purchases, however I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle coming off lease, a 2014 MKZ with Samer Awazem. Samer usually only works with new car purchases, however because of the outstanding relationship he had with his client who was turning in his lease car, Samer agreed to help me purchase that car. He had everything prepared and ready for the transaction, especially exceptional since this car would be plated and titled to drive to another state. He took the time to explain every paper I had questions on, and he also sat in the car with me, programmed my phone and XM radio for me. He taught me what the most important gauges on the car meant and how to use them. I had a ton of questions and he answered them all, with a smile and can do attitude. He gave me all the time I needed and made me feel important. He sold me the vehicle clean & with a full tank of gas in it, When the Secretary of State took longer than expected getting the temporary plate for me, he made sure to check on me while I waited and offered me food and a drink. Everyone in this dealership was friendly and seemed to enjoy their job and they were also willing to help me, when Samer was on the phone, if I needed something. I will drive 5 hours to come back to this dealership again. Best customer service at a car dealership I have ever received, and I currently own 5 cars. This dealership should be a role model for other Lincoln dealerships to strive to be like. Thank you for a job well done. More

Poor Customer Service The worst customer service ever. I drop off my Lincoln Navigator at 8:30 in the morning to check the suspension. At 2:30 pm I called to find out the s The worst customer service ever. I drop off my Lincoln Navigator at 8:30 in the morning to check the suspension. At 2:30 pm I called to find out the status of my vehicle. I was told the mechanic had not looked at it yet, but would call me when he does. Now it is 4:30 and no phone call. So I called again to check on my car. I was told the mechanic had a lot of cars before mine and would not get to it until Monday. You had my car for 8 hours and you couldn't call to tell me the mechanic couldn't get to it until Monday. So now I'm mad and said I coming to get my car and hung up the phone. Then I realize I needed a ride. Call back at 4:49 to requesting car service and was told, "She was not here right now, but if you give me your name and number I'll have her call you when she get back". I walked to the dealership to pick up my car. The funny thing is, Ted gave me the keys and said, "We had it washed for you". Seriously, do you think I care about a car wash.... I did speak to the manager, but I don't think anything was done or said. I will never go there again. More
