I waited 3 weeks for a loaner to swap cars while mine was being serviced. Six days after they took my car, it was brought back to me with the seat adjustments TOTALLY inoperable and stuck back and downward a being serviced. Six days after they took my car, it was brought back to me with the seat adjustments TOTALLY inoperable and stuck back and downward as far as the seat goes! The person who drove it those 25 miles mostly on an expressway didn't suspect something was amiss?? Unless she was over 6' tall, she could not reach the pedals or see over the IP. I can't drive this $50k Lincoln Continental down my driveway let alone to work! More
