Service picked my 9/7, return new vehicle today after a simple fix smelling of mildew. My vehicle left my home still having the “new car” smell. The issue with my vehicle was the roof motor. Was the roof l simple fix smelling of mildew. My vehicle left my home still having the “new car” smell. The issue with my vehicle was the roof motor. Was the roof left off the entire 3 months? Did Lincoln allow my car to sit with an open roof in rain for 3 months. My seats are wrinkled as they had water damage. Something has to be done. The valet who dropped off my vehicle said “this vehicle smells bad”. Lincoln service how could you???? More

Jack Demmer Lincoln has the best customer service and technicians which is why I drive 30 minutes out of way to have my vehicle serviced there. I have 2 or 3 other Lincoln dealers that are closer but Ja technicians which is why I drive 30 minutes out of way to have my vehicle serviced there. I have 2 or 3 other Lincoln dealers that are closer but Jack Demmer is far superior. LJ in Service called when he said he would with updates on repairs and was very professional. More
