Worst Sales Experience Ever My name is Adam, last Saturday my fiancé and I had the worst experience in our life with a car dealer at Jack Daniels Porsche. We had a E350 Mercedes My name is Adam, last Saturday my fiancé and I had the worst experience in our life with a car dealer at Jack Daniels Porsche. We had a E350 Mercedes Benz convertible and we lost it at a car accident one month ago. We have been shopping for a car for the last couple of weeks.We went to different Porsche dealers in NJ and NY. Last Saturday We went to Jack Daniels, we have been helped by Gursh, Gursh was very professional, knowledgable and helpful. He was very patient to go through the inventory and explain the differences between the options in the available cars at the showroom. We selected two cars, we informed Gursh that we received a certain discount at another Porsche dealer and wondered if they can give us the same discount. We did not like the color of the car at the other dealer otherwise we would have bought the car one week ago. Gursh asked for two minutes to check with his manager. After two minutes Gursh came back with Mr. Martin, he introduced himself as the GM of Jack Danieles and basically he asked us to leave since he is not interested in our business. We were shocked !!!! Never seen that in our life!! If you do not like our offer, there is no need to be rude !! I am writing this review for customers who read reviews before visiting showrooms, I hope my review saves you a moment of humiliation in your life. More

The ability to deal with Jermaine via text, phone and email allowed for a very simple transaction to remain uncomplicated The experience was seamless. The ability to deal with Jermaine via text, phone and email allowed for a very simple transaction to remain uncomplicated. Internet communication further streamlined and eliminated the frustrations associated with insurance documents and the Department of Motor Vehicles experience. When we came to pick up the vehicle and meet Jermaine in person we were very impressed with the showroom which played no part in our initial transaction but definitely was a shock and awe moment at the closing. Have not seen that many Porsche models in one space, elsewhere one would need to look at a brochure, view online or perhaps view one in a storage lot brushing the snow off it (not so perfect). The vehicle was prepped and ready to go with just the papers to be signed and the temporary plate added we were in and out in the time it took to have a complimentary coffee, meet the service manager, of course look at a few of the showroom models. We drove north and over the Tappan Zee bridge to Tarrytown, had lunch at a great Portuguese Restaurant followed by the further pleasure, driving home in the new 911 Carrera 4. More
Very unpleasant experience- did not honor the deal I contacted Jack Daniels to purchase a used BMW. Since I was buying the car from out of town, most of the negotiation were conducted via email. We went back and forth a few times and, not surprisingly, we came to a deal the last day of the month. Terms were documented via email and they asked me to send them a credit card deposit authorization as well as the other documents necessary to close the deal. The following day, the salesman sends me an email and says that when he reviewed the details with his manager, he did not approve the deal. He then tried to re negotiate the deal. What really upsets me is that I had another car that I was considering that I lost based on their "commitment". They should have never committed to this deal and taken a deposit and then tried to re-negotiate. Salesman's name was Gursh More

My prayers were answered thx to the entire team at jackdaniels . This review is for the small guy trying to drive big,especially the brothers. Be sure to ask for Jermain and Martin Hall. I got cayenne gts 2016, in red. What a beast. Jackdaniels Porsche has made my American Dream come true. Jermain thx a million again my brother. Btw I think that I would have given them a great review even if I did buy from them. I was able to test drive several models which made me feel important. I'm blue collar guy.?? More

Good salesmanship,friendly & helpful staff when you entered the showroom you are received cordially & asked what the neede are.I dealt with a particular gentleman named David Kramer.One of the when you entered the showroom you are received cordially & asked what the neede are.I dealt with a particular gentleman named David Kramer.One of the most patient,cordial salesman.After the deal was made,the sales manager of the dealership came personally to ask if everything was done well & if we had any problems or questions.Every salesman made sure that everything was explained to us in every detail possible.No stone was unturned.The dealer sent us a car to pick us up from a distance of30-35 miles without hesitation.No questions asked.Not many dealers do that.The finance manager,the service department everybody was cordial & wanting to work with you.The atmosphere is so informal & friendly that one feels at home.In few words recommend people to definitely visit here,you will automatically come out buying. If something has gone wrong its certainly not going to make me loyal to the brand.. On the other hand, when problems arise and things don't go as you expect, I really learn what a company is made of. I recently had a performance problem with my 2005 Cayenne Turbo. I made the mistake of bringing the Cayenne to my neighborhood service garage. Its a great garage that I've used for years, and they only charge $75/hr for labor. The problem turned out to be with my fuel pump, and the complete bill came to $595. I left the same day and the car was running great! Until it started stalling, four day later. It would only run for 20 seconds then stall. This time I brought it to Jack Daniels Porsche. The service representative Brooks, has to be one of the most personable, friendly, and helpful reps I have ever worked with. He squeezed me into the schedule, fixed me up with a great loaner car, and promised to call me within a day. Brooks did what he said he would, he called and explained that the car was out of gas. This was a shock because the garage read half full. It seems that the neighborhood service garage had tangled the gas tank sensor with a harness, and while my gauge read half-full, the tank was empty. The sensor was fixed, so I asked Brooks to take care of a couple of other things. While the additional repair process proved more complicated than I had hoped, it gave me a chance to meet Chris Dodin, the service manager. Things sometimes do go wrong, its just the way life is. But when things go "wrong" it gives a company an opportunity to show why they are a good company. They get a chance to exceed your expectations, and as I've learned, that builds loyalty. My experience in dealing with Chris Dodin, has done more to build loyalty to the Jack Daniels dealership, in to the Porsche brand. In the past, I've purchased all my new Porsches from different dealerships and I've used the closest dealership to perform my service. Chris Dodin changed all this. I will buy a new Porsche soon, probably a diesel Cayenne. As long as Chrs Dodin is still employed at Jack Daniels, I will continue to buy and service all of my cars right here. Thank you Chris. More
