A nightmare to deal with....DisgustedMoreByArrogantReply I purchased a new Porsche a few months ago. This was the most chaotic experience in my over 30 new car purchase history.. My car arrived 5 days late.My plates arrives 3 weeks after my temporary plate expired. I got stopped almost every other day by the local police so to the point that it became a joke. When I backed the dealer into a corner after my plate had expired I found out that they "forgot" .No new temporary was issued. The salesperson was supposed to follow up and take care of everything from sales to service to car loaners. What a joke? I have been simply trying to get a copy of bill of sale for past 2 weeks for my car insurance and have left countless messages with the manager as well as finance manager. No one returns calls. The receptionist grows more and more embarrassed and apologetic with every call. My car insurance is now suspended. Never.Never.Never punish yourself with this dealer. As per the dealership's response.....the dealership after many phone calls to numerous managers and finance managers should have had at least the decency to reply to me as all my messages made it abundantly clear that I simply needed a copy of the purchase papers for my insurance. Of course I may have been given them at the delivery but that does not give them the right to ignore my requests for a copy. Secondly, I thoroughly understand that a dealership does not control delivery dates but once again no communication and I was left hanging after I had left my trade at the dealership and was bumming rides.. I also failed to mention that the dealership also lost my license plates on my trade in.. We can certainly see by their reply that they have quite the arrogant attitude that has no place in customer service. More
Deceitful Dealership Buyer Beware- if you are looking for lies then this is the place! Jack Daniels sold us a vehicle that the dealer claimed had no paint work- A LIE. Whe Buyer Beware- if you are looking for lies then this is the place! Jack Daniels sold us a vehicle that the dealer claimed had no paint work- A LIE. When exposed it took numerous calls and visits to the dealer to rectify the issue. They obviously knew and denied the fact because they never asked for us to return with the car for a paint specialists review or for proof from our finding. After arguing the facts they made a monetary restitution - We had to settle for a car with paint work as they refused to cancel the deal and return our trade - What does that tell you? Deceitful Dealership says it all. More

Nearly useless to the point where my insurance agent even asked me if he was new because he didn't know what he was doing. Stressed to the point where I was ready to back out and forfeit my deposit 2 hrs before taking delivery. Experience with service was not much better. Called Brooks to make appt for a recall and schedule a loaner. Research online showed that it took an average of 3-5 hrs to complete but I was told (twice) that it would take no more than 1-1.5 hrs and I should just wait. Made plans and showed up...30 minutes later they told me that it would take more than 3 hrs and I should reschedule and come back for a loaner! One positive note is that I have since dealt with the parts department (bryan and service tech named Walter I believe) and they were incredibly nice and very helpful. Not sure if this is a brand specific experience but my previous 3 cars were BMW and those were nearly picture perfect experiences. More

Worse experience ever, stay away!!! Bought a 911 CPO, car was listed on the official Porsche Used Car Locator. The dealer had the car for about 2 days. When I first called and made an a Bought a 911 CPO, car was listed on the official Porsche Used Car Locator. The dealer had the car for about 2 days. When I first called and made an appointment for the next day everything seemed ok. As soon as I arrived I was informed the car got re-listed at a higher price, very shady. Still, the "Manager" agreed to honor the price I found it for, the price was absolutely firm. Scheduled the vehicle for PPI, they did pressured to have it done where they decided. Car went in for PPI on Thursday, passed it well. On Friday morning I confirmed the sale, thats when they tried to get out of the deal in any way possible: - First they pressured beyond anything i ever encountered to have the vehicle picked up by Saturday, specific words: "We got already another deposit, you either pick it up now or its gone". - Then they tried to force their financing, which i refused. Again, extremely shady. - Car was suppose to be delivered with minor adjustments agreed after the PPI, nothing was done. The entire experience was horrible. They have absolute disrespect for clients, don't care about anything besides making the most they can on their sales. Costumer service is absolutely non-existent, sales associates are puppets with zero experience, not to mention lack of manners, shadiness and total unprofessional conduct. Stay away! Worse car buying experience ever. There are many others Porsche dealers that would gladly take your business. They should be ashamed of representing a brand like Porsche. More

Good deal gone all wrong We just moved to NY few weeks ago and I started looking for a car right away. Negotiated really good deal on 2016 Audi Q5 and was waiting for the paperwork to go through. Jermaine was always very nice, offered to send a pick up car to take us to the dealership. He had the exact car, color and modification I wanted and since paperwork was taking longer than usual he requested a deposit. I gave him my cc info, ss number, filled all the necessary applications and seems like all was in order. Few days later he told me that I need to change my drivers license to NY from Arizona. I checked on the paperwork needed to do just that when i found out that my SS card is missing and I need to order a replacement which will take 3-5 business days to arrive to my apartment. I contacted Jermaine right away, told him that I ran in to a problem and asked if he can hold my car and the deal for a week until I get my ss card replacement and the NY drivers license. He very politely answered me OK. Then my husband called him and asked again to be sure that the deal and the car are safe for a week. The answer was again very positive. As soon as I got my NY dr license I took a photo and sent it to Jermaine. Then called to make sure he got it and to ask what would be the next step. I was told to wait while he will run it by some manager and call me back. No call yesterday, so today I contacted him again to learn that my car and the deal are gone, that there are no more 2016 Q5 lest and that my only option is to get 2017 Q5. If I could afford a 2017 Q5 I would have bought it in the first place. So 3 weeks are gone, there are no more 2016 Q5 to choose from. I called general manager twice today and left 2 messages, I emailed all managers and got no response. All I can think of is that this was bait and switch deal in the first place and the car I was waiting on getting was nonexistent in the first place. My husband contacted bunch of dealerships and hardly anybody has any 16 Q5 left. The inventory they show online is also a big l cause those websites don't get updated. The cars are still advertised but seems to be all sold already. The bottom line is that the time is lost and I have no car. More

I dealt with Marty Field at the dealership and the transaction could not have gone better. Marty was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. He was attentive without being overbearing. I also dealt with Nash on the paperwork and it was as quick and easy a deal as I have ever had with a car dealer. Would do business with them again in a heartbeat. More
