Although there is a dealership in Buffalo, NY near my residence, I chose Jack Daniels because of Joy was great to work with. Very kind and courteous. Although there is a dealership in Buffalo, NY near my residence, I chose Jack Daniels because of the curteous service and ease of negotiations with Joy. I knew what car I wanted and there were only a few in the country that I could locate. Out of all others their customer service was top knotch and her response was fast. I also want to mention, this was a purchase sight unseen all via phone, email and internet. I never test drove it, but a Porsche is a Porsche. I had driven the 2013 version but this was a whole new beast. One of my favorite parts of the process was Joy sending me a video walk around of my Cayenne GTS a few days before pick up. That got me pumped. I flew out and drove home to Western NY. It was great. Would totally contact her first for another Porsche. I also have to mention the, “Porsche Guru” who gave me the low down on all the vehicle features and setup my bluetooth in seconds. This was Certified pre owned by the way with only 5k miles. Just immaculate. Love it!!!!! More
