Go ANYWHERE Else I purchased my Macan S 2 yrs ago from this dealership and it was the worst car buying experience I've ever had since getting my license 30 yrs ago. It I purchased my Macan S 2 yrs ago from this dealership and it was the worst car buying experience I've ever had since getting my license 30 yrs ago. It was so bad that I was willing to forfeit my deposit 30 min before taking delivery of the car before my wife talked me down. When it came time have my first year service I had called ahead to get a quote, schedule an appointment and reserve a loaner (Panamera as I was in the market). When I showed up the service advisor (different one) not only quoted me more but also sent out the loaner I had requested. Luckily a senior advisor let me use his personal car to make up for it but in the end, even with the dealer coupon discount, I ended up paying more than quoted for a simple oil change. As a counterpoint the actual service techs that I met with as well as the parts department are fantastic and I have nothing bad to say about them. This year I called around for quotes for my 2 yr service and out of proximity and convenience I called Jack Daniels as well just to see. After doing research online this time I had an idea of cost. Jack Daniel's quoted me $50 more than the others but I figure since I had a coupon they were just buffering their numbers to compensate. I happened to be in the area last week and stopped in to make an appointment. I was greeted by the same person I spoke to over the phone and this time he quoted me $500 more than everyone else and $450 more than when I spoke to him on the phone a week before. This dealership has been shady from the start and the fact that there is a huge staff change every time I stop in says a lot. I am now driving 30 miles of out my way for service and I advise everyone to go somewhere else. More
