Best Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced! it has always been my dream growing up to have a Porsche, and after some time I decided to pull the trigger. Now the only issue was deciding which dea it has always been my dream growing up to have a Porsche, and after some time I decided to pull the trigger. Now the only issue was deciding which dealership to work with, but lucky enough a very close family friend recommended that I go see Erick Pardo at Jack Daniels Porsche in Upper Saddle River. Let me tell you that he wasn’t wrong. The moment I walked through those doors I was greeted kindly by the receptionist and General Manager, who then proceeded to get me a water and told me “have a look around, take your time, and as soon as you’re ready let us know and we will be more than happy to help.” I did just that and after looking at all of their beautiful cars I came across the new 718, but wasn’t sold. Then low and behold Erick walks by and says she’s a beauty, but that car is not you, I can tell. He then showed me a 718 in the rare Graphite Blue Metallic color with blacked out rims, tailpipes, badges and accents and that’s when I fell in love. I left that day thinking and dreaming about that car, and when I called Erick back he told me that someone else had already purchased it. I was very upset to say the least, but Erick told me not to worry that he would find another one. That night I looked through all the Porsche Dealer websites all over the east coast, all the way down to Virginia and found nothing. The color and options were so rare that nobody had them, and I thought to myself that I would have to custom order it which would take months. Days passed but Erick maintained contact with me every morning to check in on the progress that was made, and after a week he was able to find exactly what I wanted in PA and places the order to have it sent to their dealership. He knew how serious I was about this purchase and that there was no time to waste and so he pulled the trigger without reaching out. Once everything was squared away he reached out and shared the good news and told me to come by to see it. Words could not describe how excited and happy I felt to have something that I have always wanted and looks completely unique as well. Erick Pardo treated me in a manner that warranted no worry or stress from my side because everything truly was under control. The overall experience from the staff as well was very pleasant and I will continue to work with them through my future car purchases. More
