His professionalism was exceptional, and he never pushed me into a decision to purchase, but rather educated me on if it was right for me. Nonetheless, somehow this year I created this car in my soul. Thank you for your valuable assistance. We didn't make a lot of changes to the car, but it was specific to me. You were on target with all of your recommendations. The performance of the car and you was inspiring, secure and gratifying. The machine is perfect. Best first ride ever. The McLaren was close, but it easily beat the Ferrari. This is what Porsche aspires to provide. It achieved it with me. Thanks for your help, Miguel PS: I do want to add that it would have been best to wrap up the finances with Jonathan. It was frivolous to review all the different possible add ons when all aspects of the car had previously been reviewed with Jonathan. I am not accustomed to sitting down and doing this with a "financial officer" once I have agreed to pay a premium (30K) for the car and the check was already written. I prefer to have everything set. I want to go in and talk to the people that had been involved with my sales experience and to pick up the car. It seemed silly to go through those motions. However, this is not a complaint about the finance officer; she was delightful. It just seemed that it was all a waste and unnecessary. I never did it with McLaren nor with Ferrari. Actually with the 6 previously purchased Porsches I didn't do it either. Please rethink that process with your buyers in a similar situation. Furthermore, the gentleman that reviewed the electronics of the car was wonderful. However, I had no interest. I did not buy that car for the stereo nor the phone nor the media nor Siri. I will never use that. What would have been great is to open the trunk and the engine compartment and go through the oil, gas, fluids etc. I am a car guy not an electronics guy. I can only imagine that your buyers of a Carrera GT, a 918, a GT2, GT2RS, GT3 or GT3RS are more similar to me than someone interested in talking to Siri. However, the gentleman was delightful and pleasant. He was just doing his job. It is more of an administration issue on how to approach this kind of buyer. I remember the first time I bought a Porsche. I wanted the 1996 brand new 911 Turbo. I walked into Schneider Nelson Porsche (now with a new owner). I had a check book in my pocket to buy the car on the spot. The salesman looked at me (I had just left the beach and was wearing shorts and a T shirt) and said: "you can't afford it, you should look at the regular 911's!" I said thank you. Walked out and purchased my first Porsche Turbo from Ray Catena in Edison. I ordered it that day. It would have been more appropriate if the financial personnel had been involved earlier in discussing the issues with the $30K price add on. I was comfortable to pay it and I had immediately told Jonathan yes. I appreciated the opportunity to purchase this car. However, it would have been appropriate to speak with your financial people when the issue of how to pay it came up with Jonathan rather than have him go back and forth with the financial people. It then would have been more appropriate to sit with them because we would have already developed a relationship. My feeling was that the finance people were not willing to talk to me previously when I actually needed to talk to them, but yet why do they want to sit with me now? These are small, but pertinent issues to the experience. You have a great dealership and I hope to purchase more cars in the future. Jonathan was excellent and all the people I met were doing their job. It would have been nice to have talked to them previously or to just let me finish the deal with the people who already knew me. Ernest, the sales person- worst customer service So, I had made an appointment to check out a Panamera 4s. I was driving from NY and Ernest stayed he leaves work at 5pm ( which was incorrect).
