Motor Vehicle Fees being overcharged We purchased a Kia Forte in March from this dealership. After getting our motor vehicle, I realized that they had over charged us on the registration We purchased a Kia Forte in March from this dealership. After getting our motor vehicle, I realized that they had over charged us on the registration. I tried several times contacting my sales associate and the sales manager with no return phone calls. Dealerships are not allowed to charge more than what it costs to register your vehicle. The fact that they didn't respond to email, calls, or anything is a joke and shows how little they care about their customers. Everyone should check their contracts against their registration to make sure they weren't overcharged as well. More

I hate that I ever walked in the door of Jack Daniel Kia Sales. They are liars and untrustworthy. Believe me I will warn everyone and put the word out from the North to the South about what pieces of crap they turned out to be. And believe me I know many people to spread the word about Jack Daniel Kia. I should have taken the long drive so I could get the type of service I am use to. Northern customer service sucks rocks.
