I had negotiated a deal at another location but unfortunately the vehicle we wished to purchase was not in stock and was not available. Fortunately we discovered that the car we wanted was available at Jack Daniels Kia. I was concerned about having to renegotiate the deal I had but I told them what we had agreed to and, while not exactly the same deal, was one that actually work better for us. The entire time we were there staff were always asking if we wanted anything and just very attentive. Would definitely by another car from them. More

Joe Frasco was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with! I misjudged a curb and not only destroyed my tire, but did a few thousand dollars of damage to my axle and and other stuff. Joe was great. The shop was super-busy that week, and my repairs weren't simple and weren't on the schedule. But Joe managed to calm me down, helped me understand the damage and costs, and got me out of a jam me by finding a way to get me in for repairs, with a loaner car, despite how swamped they were.
