Great customer service First of all, I'll say that this dealership has a whole new team as of about a month ago. So some of the older reviews you may read may not apply. First of all, I'll say that this dealership has a whole new team as of about a month ago. So some of the older reviews you may read may not apply. After attempting to do a lease buyout at another dealership and getting hit with excessive fees and bad customer service, I decided to shop around more and contact several dealerships about their fees. Brian at Jack Daniels Kia in Fair Lawn responded right away with a very clear breakdown of all of the fees, and more importantly seemed more interested in great customer service and making sure I wasn't getting a run around. I was so impressed with his communication that when another dealership presented me with fees that were a bit lower, I went back to Brian and he and his manager worked out a deal to give me the same final price. When I got to the dealership, the whole team was fantastic and they honored everything they promised me. Brian made it extremely easy by enabling me to do a lot of the pre-paperwork via email, which saved time at the dealership. I'm so glad that I took the time to contact them instead of taking what I was given at the first dealership I went to.
