I recently went with my wife to Jack Daniels Kia to explore and potentially buy a Kia Rio. As I was exploring, the salesman Charles Moltane came and introduced himself. My previous experience with sales people is not very pleasant because sales people often are very pushy and they do not pay much attention to the customer’s needs and opinion, although, they do try to flatter people by agreeing with them. Mr. Moltane treated us very differently as compared to the usual sales people. He spent over two hours with us to show us different models because they did not have the exact model that I was interested in. Mr. Moltane provided us with the necessary information and options for the available models and I was satisfied with the model that they had in the inventory because it had everything that I needed and also it saved me a few thousands dollars. Making a deal with the dealer is always difficult and tricky process because they always try to get you from every corner that they can find open. Well, Mr. Moltane helped to make the dealing process simple and smoother without any pressure. I have noticed in the past that most sales people do not talk or show much interest after making the deal because I think they are just interested in getting their commission. Once that part is done, they don’t even look at the customer. Well, my experience with Mr. Moltane became even better because he hand-delivered the registration to my home. Overall, my experience with Jack Daniels Kia has been great and Mr. Moltane surely exceeded my expectations. More

I had a Kia Sportage as a rental while my car was in the shop & liked it so much, I went & got one a week later. I got a good trade in price for my old car & walked out paying way less than the amount of ca shop & liked it so much, I went & got one a week later. I got a good trade in price for my old car & walked out paying way less than the amount of car I got. I did opt for a used car with only 8K miles vs. new which saved me quite a bit to begin with but my research also showed that I payed less than the typical market value for the certified pre-owned I got. Tigran (aka "Tiko") was professional while also personal. He's not one of those robotic this is your price, this is your car salesmen by any means. If you're in the market for a car, call & ask for Tiko. More

Color was very important to me for both interior and exterior of the car. He worked to accommodate all my needs and wishes. Customer service is an important key to any sales interaction, and Gabe delivered the goods 150 percent. Jack Daniels should be very proud to have a sharp (especially how he dressed the part) young man like Gabriel among his staff. He truly went the extra mile ( no pun intended )!!!!!!!!!! More

Garret and Bill were VERY accommodating, answering every question I had (and later emailed). They thoroughly researched all my queries and presented me with very finite answers. Garret was a very good listener on our test drive and was able to explain the handling variances between my trade in (a Volvo) compared to my "new" used Audi A 4. His explanations gave me confidence in the car buying business, which I find a bit intimidating. Garett, Bill and Barbara (Finance) were very sensitive to my budgetary needs and made great recommendations in the most frugal manner. I really felt like my concerns were important to them and they were not just in it for the buck! Garrett, Bill and Barbara seemed genuinely committed to my satisfaction. Are my new friends and I celebrating the Holidays together? No. However, I did find "my" team went above and beyond my expectations and I recommend them whole heartedly. More

From the beginning Wayne Smith was professional and made sure we understood everything about the purchase of the car. We negotiated a very good price. There was no hassle or hard selling. Everything was upfront and no games. After we purchased the car, we had an issue with the front headlight. Wayne had the Service Department take a look at the car and fix the problem. Six months later the problem reoccurred. By this time, Wayne was no longer at the dealership and we were referred to the manager, Frank Gebbia. Frank handled our problem immediately and sent us back to the Service Department where we were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism from Kevin. He explained what the problem was and told us it was more than just replacing a headlight and that it would require rewiring both the right and left headlights. They handled this problem with no cost to us. They were understanding of our predicament. Everyone we dealt with at Jack Daniels was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to my friends or family. More
