Matt and I went to in purchase our very first car together. After a long process of narrowing down our options, we chose the Kia Optima EX with a premium package. Why did we chose this car, you might together. After a long process of narrowing down our options, we chose the Kia Optima EX with a premium package. Why did we chose this car, you might ask.... Well its two fold. Point 1: The car absolutely amazing, the way it drives, the way it looks, all the standard features (that you have to pay extra for in every other car we looked at), and not to mention the AWESOME price. Point 2: The Jack Daniels Kia employees. Matt and I can not say enough amazing things about each and every staff member we met with. Day one (the test drive and pricing evaluation day) We walked in to be greeted but the most sweet and "un-salesman" like employee Sang Kim. Now to be clear being "un-salesman" is the biggest compliment a car salesman can get, in my opinion. Sang was genuinely interested in helping us, he honestly wanted to know what we were looking for in a car, and really allowed us to figure out our car options with our being pushy or aggressive. Almost as if Sang was car shopping with his daughter and son for their first car. Sang (or any of the employees we met) did not bash the other car companies we were looking at, in fact commended them on certain aspects, but always pointing out the best features in the Optima/Kia. Also, Sang never got annoyed at my million questions, and always answered them fully and adequately. After our test drive, which was amazing.... Matt and I met with Bill Gonyea. Bill, what a stand up guy. Bill and Matt hit it off, like they were old college buds. Bill is the GM over at Jack Daniels Kia, and it is clear why, he really has management skills, with his employees and customers. You can tell that everyone working there really enjoyed their job and enjoyed working with Bill. I was nervous Matt was gonna turn around and quit his job to come work for Bill since they became such buds! hehe. Bill sat down with us and went over our package and pricing options. He did every thing in his power to get us the biggest bang for our buck. He felt for us, he knew what it was like to buy your first car together, to be on a budget, to be starting out a your lives together. The empathy radiated off him. Now that Matt and I had all of our facts and figures it was time for us to go home and make a decision. Although, we didn't even make it all the way home by the time we decided. We were sold. We loved the car, we loved Sang, we loved Bill, and we loved the price! When you say love that many times in one sentence it is hard not to get over excited! Although it was after hours Bill gave us his cell number, and we didn't waste a minute. We called him and and placed the order! Two days later we went to pick up our new baby. Matt has given me this big warning how it was going to take forever, and to be prepared to sit and wait and wait... well guess what... Jack Daniels Kia proved him wrong! Sang and Lem (Lemuel), the finance manger, called us prior to coming in. They let us know everything we needed to have with us in order to make this a quick as possible. (Which it did) We gave Lem all of our paper work to get started on the processing, while Sang took us to the car and showed us how every detail worked (very thorough and again not event a little bit annoyed at my million and one questions) By the time Sang has walked us through the car details, we only had to wait ten minutes for Lem. The rest was a piece of cake! We sat down, Lem let us know everything we will be signing and what it entailed. He had pre-highlighted all the dotted lines for us. We were done in a matter of minutes! Sang took our picture in front of our new gem. We shook hands to thank Sang, Lem and Bill... and drove off with a smile from ear to ear. I could not have asked for a better experience for purchasing our first car... Jack Daniels Kia... Sang, Bill, Lem... THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! Julie and Matt More
I went to purchase a 2013 Kia Soul. I met with Luv Terry and she was amazing! she has a great personality and made this buying experience fun and relaxing. Luv Terry is terrific. I know that a lot of us dread the "car deal" but Luv will make it painless. You be honest with her and she is honest with you. I recently leased a car from Jack Daniels Kia and had the pleasure of dealing with Charles Moltane and Don Izone. I can say that I have never had a smoother and more pleasant experience when purchasing a ca pleasure of dealing with Charles Moltane and Don Izone. I can say that I have never had a smoother and more pleasant experience when purchasing a car -- which in hindsight was usually a bit of a tedious and stressful process. Don and Charles were incredibly responsive, provided everything I requested of them, and most importantly were fair and just enjoyable to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a car, and legitimately feel fortunate for now having someone to work with who I can trust and feel comfortable with going forward. I'm pretty confident the entire environment at Jack Daniel’s is exactly what a dealership should strive for in catering to customers. If you're in the market for a Kia do yourself a favor and at least reach out to these guys, I can pretty much guarantee you'll be happy you did. More

Family. They made us feel like family. I hate going for cars. I try to avoid it. Luv was amazing and made me feel welcome as soon as she said hello. I'm not easy to please but she made sure that I felt cars. I try to avoid it. Luv was amazing and made me feel welcome as soon as she said hello. I'm not easy to please but she made sure that I felt comfortable from the minute we walked in the door. Bill was amazing as well and also made sure we were comfortable. I will definitely be back again. They answered all of our questions and never got frustrated even though we took forever to make our decision. Although the employee I worked with was nice, my problem was with the front end personel that did the pricing decisions. The price they quoted was okay, but it was not honored when I told them I wanted to p was with the front end personel that did the pricing decisions. The price they quoted was okay, but it was not honored when I told them I wanted to pay cash. I was quoted a price for a Kia Soul, I had to compromise on color to get a lower price, and they did not honor the quoted price because I would not finance the car for one month. The difference in price was $401.00. The General Manager thought it was a fair deal, but when saving for some time for a new car, $401.00 to the consumer means alot more than $401.00 dollars to a large corporation. More
