I went to this dealership for my first leasing experience. The sales associates were very friendly and knowledgable, and took the time to show me the car thoroughly and explain the leasing process experience. They were also quite understanding that I was on a set budget and worked with me to get my cost as low as possible. Chris was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He assessed what I was looking for and sold me exactly what I was looking for. Purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from J.D.Kia, and car had problem with smoke pouring out of the exhaust within 2 weeks. Called service and they took car to Hyundai twice for service to finally fix the car. W problem with smoke pouring out of the exhaust within 2 weeks. WIthin the three months i have owned the car i have put it in for service a total of 4 times, all covered under warranty, but each time no courtesy car and total inconvenience in time spent at dealer. My father bought an Edsel back in the day, I feel as if i too am driving a reincarnated Ford Edsel. More

Charles was an excellent salesperson from the first phone call. He followed up on everything he said. He had asked me to give him a chance to beat the price I got from another dealer and when gave him that call. He followed up on everything he said. He had asked me to give him a chance to beat the price I got from another dealer and when gave him that chance he beat it. He answered all questions and the test drive was very pleasant. The day we purchased the car went very smoothly with much of the paper work done in advance. He called a few days after we had taken the car to see how we were doing with it and if my daughter was enjoying it. Once the license plates came in he offered to come to my house to put them on and he came, was punctual and friendly and the work was done. It was a terrific experience and I will be returning to this dealer for service. More

I was looking to lease a new SUV. My dad had previously leased a Kia Optima and recommended that I visit Garret at Jack Daniels Kia. Garret made a fabulous first impression. He was friendly, personable and leased a Kia Optima and recommended that I visit Garret at Jack Daniels Kia. Garret made a fabulous first impression. He was friendly, personable and professional. He spent at least an hour with me going over all of the features in the 2014 Sorento and answered all of my questions. If he didn't know the answer, he researched it. When it came time to talk numbers, he made sure I ended up with a monthly payment I was comfortable with. As everyone knows, buying a car can be a dreaded experience. But working with Garret, it was almost fun. Garret is a class-act. He makes you comfortable and maintains a professional demeanor at all times. I would be 100% comfortable recommending Garret to friends and family who are looking to buy or lease a car. Great job Garret! More
