Awful 17 days ago, I bought a used Kia from Jack Daniels. 5 days ago I found out that the car has a bad clutch (manual transmission). I brought the car the service department, where two people told me that a clutch repair would be covered by the warranty. So I brought the car in, and got a phone call later telling me that the clutch was bad, and that they wouldn't be covering the repair because it wasn't covered by the warranty, on the word of the sales department. They also told me that when they sold me the car, the clutch was fine. I was understandably upset and called the sales department. Paul, the manager, told me that the car had been thoroughly checked out, and that the mechanic and the lot person had both told him that the car was fine. So magically, even though I've been driving stick shift vehicles for over 20 years (and only ever having to replace one clutch), I managed to destroy a clutch in 12 days, if not less. I said that I wasn't aware of any vehicle where the clutch could fail that quickly and that there should have been some hint of an issue, and they said no. I was very upset by this, and asked them to help me with the cost of the repair and they said no-full price. I called my own mechanic and he said that this was extremely unlikely, especially since I'd been driving stick shift for so long. Several people (including my own mechanic) have recommended that I file a complaint. I'm waiting to hear back from my attorney. More

Rains again leaks and I start documenting with pictures that's when they start to look at the car 2 days shy of having it for a month we finally get it back. Every week was a new story parts shipped from wherever to job is so big it takes time. When I get the car back things are missing from the car so we asked that manager call us no one has called it's been 2days. The car was dusty from sitting at service so long they didn't even bother to clean it. I'm over this service department and will be taking my car elsewhere in the future. More

Bill Gonyea misrepresented all aspects of this sale, rude and offensive. Kept disappearing and stated he didn't care, he didn't need to sell us the vehicle, as he sold bunch of cars the day before. Could not believe he treated my wife this way. After being customers for over 12 years, we took our business elsewhere. It was very clear this guy did not care about us as loyal customers, he was beyond rude,bordering on aggressive and arrogant. What a horrible experience, while my child was present. One of the worst car buying experiences ever. This guy is an arrogant dishonest fraudster only interested in high volume, low quality. Beware. More

As good as it gets We bought a used Kia Rio from Jack Daniels Kia in February 2014. Was very impressed with the salesman Sang Kim and finance manager Marco Pineros. When that car was destroyed by a drunk driver last week while parked in front of our house, we went right back to Jack Daniels Kia without hesitation, and boy were we glad we did. This time the salesman, Khaled Mark absolutely blew us away. He was just a pleasure to do business with. Khaled dealt with our insurance company regarding the totaled Rio and had us driving home in the new (to us) Optima that very night. We have no doubt where we are going when the time comes to get a New Car. Courtesy and professionalism are their own selling points. More

Wow that's not how it went down. First I get there they shoe me the sportage and let me test drive was happy right color everything. Get back another half hour goes by and " oh we're sorry can't lease that vehicle it's a test car" ok they show me another ok that will do but then another half hour goes by after they pull my credit and tell me " sorry that sportage is more per month" after some back and forth I agree Ok thinking I'm going to leave with the car soon they tell be a bit longer have to clean the car and gas it up. Ok in mean time the salesman calls my insurance company to change my insurance to reflect new car. Ok all must be good. Not. Now another hour goes by and he comes to get us from the lounge to bring us to his office ok good Not now he proceeds to tell me they need my wife to consign or the payment is going to go up considerably. That's it now I'm done it's 9 pm been there four hours I tell them no way is she going to consign and why lead me on so long there answer is sometimes things don't work out the way we want them to. Wow. Now the sales manager comes over to me and tells me it's late now and they will have to work on it in the Morning. Ok now how am I supposed to get my car home being they took the insurance off. Well now I have to call and put my car back on my insurance. Now it's 9:30 Please be aware this dealership is so hard up for sales they will screw anybody to get there. I will never go there again Never. More

This had to be the most stress free car experience I have ever had. Garrett is very personable and professional as well as Milton, the leasing manager. Good people. Good experience.
