I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my experience with the Service Department at Jack Daniels Kia, which I believe reflects extremely poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and un experience with the Service Department at Jack Daniels Kia, which I believe reflects extremely poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable vehicle handling—especially for a warranty repair. My vehicle was initially brought in due to a check engine light. I was informed the issue was repaired and picked up the car, only to have the same warning light return within five miles of driving. I immediately returned the vehicle. At that point, the dealership kept my car for an additional two months, bringing the total time out of my possession to over three months. During this entire period, communication was severely lacking. Phone calls routinely went unanswered. There was no proactive outreach, and the only communication I received was via text—typically only when the dealership wanted something from me. I was left repeatedly in the dark about the status of my vehicle. At one point, I was told that no one at the dealership could diagnose the issue and that a specialist from Korea was required. Despite this, my vehicle was clearly treated as a low priority, which I strongly believe was due to the fact that the repair was covered under warranty. The loaner vehicle situation was equally unacceptable. The first loaner car provided was dirty, smelled strongly of marijuana, and contained what appeared to be leftover drugs from a previous customer. Additionally, the headlights provided extremely poor visibility, raising serious safety concerns. I immediately reported this and requested a different loaner. I was told no replacements were available and that I would have to keep the vehicle as-is. Even more troubling, when I raised these concerns again at vehicle pickup, the Service Manager—Charlie M.—dismissed them outright and stated there was “nothing wrong” with the loaner vehicle. His demeanor was arrogant, dismissive, and entirely inappropriate for someone who claims extensive customer service experience. He showed no interest in hearing my concerns, taking accountability, or offering a meaningful resolution. As a token gesture, I was offered one oil change, despite months of inconvenience, repeated failures to repair the vehicle correctly, unsafe loaner conditions, and chronic lack of communication. Special thanks to Camille who helped us get the car we wanted and looked at our trade in car too which we really didn't think we could get much for based on a different dealers offer. Was glad she took a look and gave us a value that was way more fair. Camille is super knowledgeable, very communicative, and was so kind to us and our toddler. From our very first hello, I could tell she was someone special. Her personality was warm, genuine, and down-to-earth — no pushy sales tactics, just real conversation and real care. She truly went above and beyond to help me and was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the process. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jason, the General Manager. He was straightforward, honest, and truly worked with me to find something that fit my budget — no sugar-coating, just the truth and real effort. The entire team at Jack Daniels Kia was amazing. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go see my girl Jasmine and the outstanding crew at Jack Daniels Kia. You won’t regret it! More
Looking for a 2025 Sportage. Saw one on the website listed at $34,140. Went to the Showroom today on Route 4. They offered me the SAME CAR for $3000 MORE than the window sticker! There are REPUTABLE Kia dealerships, but Jack Daniels is unfortunately an EMBARRASSMENT to the KIA organization. The Salesperson was pleasant, but that's the ONLY positive thing that I experienced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. More

This is our corporate's fifth car purchasing from Jack Daniels Kia dealership. Jimmy and Karim have been very fast and helpful by listening to my requests and make things happen the way I want it.
