This dealership was excellent in getting exactly what I was looking for from vehicle, price, and dealer relationship. It has been a while since we purchased a car and had some concerns but working with Jim was looking for from vehicle, price, and dealer relationship. It has been a while since we purchased a car and had some concerns but working with Jimmy, he was able to answer all our questions in either English or Korean which helped with some of my family members as well. Thank you to Jimmy and the team here for helping me get a great deal on a Carnival Hybrid! More

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I purchased a replacement key fob for my car a YEAR ago. I called several times and was told the parts were backed up due to covid. I went to the dea I purchased a replacement key fob for my car a YEAR ago. I called several times and was told the parts were backed up due to covid. I went to the dealer in person and they told me they have had the key fob since April of this year, keep in mind I have called since then and they have told me I had to keep waiting since it hasnt come in. On top of that with no apology mind you, they charged me $207 dollars versus the $100 dollars they told me it would be when I ordered the key. They claim this is because the price went up. How is it my fault the price went up after I ordered the fob a year ago and it sat around for 6 months.I contacted KIA corporate who reached out to the dealer a week ago and CORPORATE stated they were still waiting on the key. To make matter better they tried to claim that I might have given the wrong phone number, its on the receipt I see it for myself. I use to deal with Jack Daniels Audi, now I wont work with any of the Jack Daniels dealerships. More

Buyer beware. On Memorial Day we took our son for his first car. We set an appointment and they had the car ready. We did the test drive and we were very happy wit On Memorial Day we took our son for his first car. We set an appointment and they had the car ready. We did the test drive and we were very happy with the sales associate. Then came time for the negotiation. Let me preface that I’m very knowledgeable on buying and leasing vehicles. I had done my research and knew where we could be happy and they can make money. Not the case at this dealer. The manager handling our deal is strictly in it for the money. Their fees are absurd. As an example they charge a doc fee of $699 which is high but in line with other stores. But then they have a MVC of $337!? Wait, isn’t that included in the doc fee…not here. Needless to say but we walked out. We were able to go to Englewood the same day and we got the same car for $40 less a month and no ridiculous fees and we did it in literally 10 minutes. The manager laughed at what JDK had tried to do. long story short do your research on the car you want and on how to negotiate a lease or finance. If you want a Kia best to avoid this place. It’s a shame that the sales associate is stuck here. Best that he move on too. More
