Unethical I went into Audi at Upper Saddle River to lease a Q5 with my boyfriend. We negotiated a price and agreed on a deal. First issue we had was the car Mat I went into Audi at Upper Saddle River to lease a Q5 with my boyfriend. We negotiated a price and agreed on a deal. First issue we had was the car Matt Bell had supposedly quoted for us, had a back up camera-- thankfully my boyfriend inquired on the actual car itself and it came to our attention that the car did not have a camera... we then had to negotiate another deal to add the camera. Nonetheless we agreed, and I was told to come pick up the car the same day. The day of pick up, 2 hours prior to our appointment, I get a phone call from the finance manager who's name is also Matthew... he begins to tell me that my credit was ran, without my authorization, prior to adding my boyfriend to the credit application... and for that reason the tier on my lease changed, which ultimately changed my monthly payment by $100!! Total xx. Not only did he run my credit when I specifically told him not to, they made up some lame excuse as to why it was all happening. I told the finance manager I was no longer interested. What a waste of time. I took my business elsewhere that day-- to Audi of Parsippany. I made a better deal there and still ended up with the same Q5 - camera included. I would never go back or refer anyone to Audi of Upper Saddle River. To put it lightly, you guys suck. More
