There are plenty of other dealerships in the area, strongly suggest you stay away from this one. I have scheduled a test drive for the car I am planning to lease, and the sales person (Ava Park) cance strongly suggest you stay away from this one. I have scheduled a test drive for the car I am planning to lease, and the sales person (Ava Park) canceled the appointment because on the previous visit I have mentioned that I intend to shop around for the best deal - but will allow the dealership to match the price first, of course. And she canceled the appointment because I would not agree to buy the car from them BEFORE the test drive! You can’t make this up… Obviously I have successfully scheduled a test drive with another Audi dealer a few miles from this one. Stay away and don’t waste your time on these fools. More
The MVP Award goes to Javier Hernandez, who knows the Q5 technology like the back of his hand and is courteous, friendly and patient when explaining it all to a new Audi owner like me. Purchased a new car but the airbag was failing on week 1. They said that I broke the sensor and would cost almost 2k to fix it. My recent experience with Gracie has changed all of that. Gracie patience and sweet disposition won me over. Carlos and Gracie attended to my 1000’s of questions and doubt. Justin in finance was so helpful and amazing as well. I am still pinching myself because I can not believe how wonderful this car shopping experience was. I accompanied my daughter to Jack Daniels in Upper Saddle River, NJ to have her 2013 Audi repaired. Jack Stewart was AMAZING. The Service Department is amazing. When they finished with the car, they called my daughter via a live video where the service technician told us exactly what he did. He left no questions unanswered! I had an appointment to purchase a car coming off lease this Saturday. Fees were agreed upon and discussed prior to my arrival. Giovanni helped with the process all the while I was there. He kept constant updates with me on how the car is being managed and how long it will take. Knowing my kids and I outgrew the current A4, I lease with Audi Jack Daniels Upper Saddle River, I gave it a try to browse a bigger car with them. Adam Z in Finance, (super cool guy!) with whom I worked last time to lease my current car, introduced me to Anna Aslanian in Sales and Carlos in Finance. They all worked with me on the best car option and the best monthly lease rate. The entire team just made my day! I drove in to change the spare tire with a new one (NYC - fix the potholes on GWB please!) and I drive out of the dealership with a 2022 Q5! Again, absolutely friendly and courteous, seamless service as always! Thank you Anna, Adam, Carlos, Miss T, Giovanni, Dani and everyone involved! Now I have the new Q5 for a week already and can't wait to drive it out a 2nd weekend in a row Upstate NY!
