I truly enjoyed my experience dealing with this dealership you guys are outstanding. I hope you do not lose your quality of service. More dealership needs to be like you.And for people reading this review ask for Candida she’s really awesome. My car broke down in New Jersey on my way to Maryland. I had originally got the car serviced in Boston 12 hours earlier; we had the car towed to Jack Daniels Audi, Fairlawn NJ. About 30 minutes before the official opening of the business Candida gave me a call to ask me questions about my car and before I got to the dealership my car was already being looked at. When I got to the dealership she gave me a little bit diagnostics of what was going on and she had informed me that I had more diagnostics to do. I had asked for a loaner car but that was not going to be available for another 3 to 4 hours as the person in charge of it was in due to come in later in the day. I went further to explain to Cándida about my dilemma due to the fact that I was on my way to propose to my now fiancé, she was also in the car with me and totally had no idea what was going on (the proposal). Cándida swiftly spoke to the manager in the most discrete manner to explain the situation to the manager. And in about five minutes she was able to get us a car and my fiancé and i were back on the road. We arrived into Maryland about an hour before time. By the way she said YES, thank you. Candida was able to coordinate with my original dealer in Boston and saw to it that he was going to be responsible for the payment of my repairs which came up to be a couple thousand dollars. she gave the best advice because my original dealer was actually trying to chip out on the repairs which she only told me because she spoke to him.She gave me advice and not in in the way of use my dealership to fix it, she presented several alternatives Incase i did not want to use her dealership. She told me if I wanted it fixed properly these are the things you need to fix and these are other things you need to ask for. After that conversation I felt more comfortable and left my car there for a week, found my way back to Boston using the loaner car that she gave to me and went back for end of the week to pick up my car. More

Mr Jeff Roman Service Writer is one of the BEST, that is why Mr. Roman is still their after all these years. Mr. Roman keep me up to date about the status of my car the whole time it was their. I've been using Mr. Roman since I been with Jack Daniels. Wilson the mechanic is GREAT! He located my problem very fast and had it fix quickly. I've been with Jack Daniels Audi for many years, this is my fourth Audi. Buying a car from Jack Daniels has been the easiest car purchase I every had to make. That is one of the BIGGEST reason going to Jack Daniels. Best of ALL the Service is OUTSTANDING!. Never had an issue with the service department. Than when you get a VERY GOOD Mechanic like Mr. Wilson, you can't go wrong. This is way I will continue buying my Audi from Jack Daniels. . S.D. More
Has to be the worst service experience in my life. Bring car in running for repairs, it is with them for 4 days before they even look at it, 2 more days to get price estimate, then another 4 days until they car in running for repairs, it is with them for 4 days before they even look at it, 2 more days to get price estimate, then another 4 days until they call me back and say they didn't fix it yet because they cant start car now and don't know what happened. Then they don't call for another 5 days, tell me they didn't do anything and it "just stopped working" so I get it towed back to my house. AAA Tow truck driver said that he removes a lot of cars from there that mysteriously "stop working" . They say that didn't do anything to it, but I noticed a bolt from the part they were going to fix was now missing, it was there when I dropped it off. Installing this Cam Shaft Adjuster Valve incorrectly could ruin the engine, which is what they most likely did. Drove it there, towed it home. Not a good service place, poor customer service, and they blame you when the car doesn't run anymore after you brought it in running. Ridiculous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! If zero stars was an option I would have chosen that. More

My name is Mr.Sekuloski I have Audi A4, and i decided to go to a service for oil change in Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus thinking that they are the bes My name is Mr.Sekuloski I have Audi A4, and i decided to go to a service for oil change in Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus thinking that they are the best for my car,but i was so wrong! When i went over there like always before i leave my car, the service advisor checked the car took pictures, and everything was fine. The next day they called me and said that i need new front brakes, but when they told me the price of 1500$(which is crazy) only for the 2 front wheels i declined the service(other authorized dealers are doing the same job for half the price).The tipping point was when i picked up my car the right front wheel was hardly spinning and was making very awful noise like something was stuck,and like i have mentioned before the car was not like that before i left it over there,and if it was, the service advisor would have found out while they were initially drove the car in the service garage and put a note on the invoice for pre-existing problem). That being said i returned immediately and complaint about the front wheel, they took the car back in the shop to check what's going on.After long wait the store manager BLANCA SIMPSON brought my car and said that they did nothing wrong, and even she accused me that i'm lying and the condition of the wheel probably was like that before, i told her that i'm not crazy to drive like that and kill myself on the road, but she didn't want to hear anything and left me just like that to wait outside without answer. I wanted to call the Police but i decided it's not worth the hustle. After that somehow slowly, and with fear i drove my car to my local mechanic. He checked out the front wheel, and found out the disc was bent on the side, which means the messed up the disc(rotor) while checking it,counting on that that i'm gonna pay for the brake service.That's my theory but god knows what they did.Anyway, i am aggravated i will NEVER go over there again and i advise everyone else to find a new dealer which will save your money and nerves. I was not expecting this from a high reputation dealer like Jack Daniels and i'm shocked, especially from the incompetent manager BLANCA SIMPSON! More

Looking for the best, go to the BEST I recently had my Q8 serviced and I couldn't be happier. I was even greeted with a friendly hello and smile before I walked in the door. The exchange with the service advisor was quick and painless. I expressed to them that I didn't need a loaner and was willing to wait. The waiting area itself was clean, well lit, and a perfect safe haven for the hot July sun. I was checked on by a lovely woman named Rocky, who not only asked me if I needed anything, but everyone in the entire waiting area. This environment was quite different from the BMW and Mercedes service departments because it felt warm, inviting, and professional. To top it off, I received a nice video about my vehicle and what was done along with an easy to read summary. Towards the end and to my astonishment, even the service department manager, Blanca, came out to ask how my experience was. This was the icing on the cake because this had never happened to me before unless it was for a complaint. I felt she took the time to get to know me and appreciated my business. I will definitely be coming back for any future service needs! Thanks Paramus Audi Service! More
Center performed unauthorized repair Long story short: Got a call from the service adviser after requesting an inspection for drive-train fluid leaks. Diagnostic came back with a transmis Long story short: Got a call from the service adviser after requesting an inspection for drive-train fluid leaks. Diagnostic came back with a transmission pan leak and a rear main seal leak. Transmission fix was quoted around $800 and the rear main seal about $2500. I clearly communicated with the adviser that I will pass on the RMS but want to go forward with the transmission repair. I go to pick the car up and my bill was $3600. They repaired the RMS as well. Although not much help, the adviser neither refused nor denied the details of our conversation and was polite to me, so I will not tag him. I was polite as well. Blanco, the service manager approached me very ignorantly, with poor people management skills, as if they were the victims. This was a very embarrassing situation for me that I certainly did not want to be in. Eventually Blanco offered to take 50% off the additional work. That's a significant amount and I am in no way arguing the value of the work done. It's just a substantial amount of money for a repair I did not authorize. The principle of the manner is the main issue here. It was a slight drip that I would have left alone, as mentioned during the phone call with the adviser. If it was a much smaller issue, I would have just looked past it and paid it. I contacted AoA and they were very concerned, made my issue feel important, and led me to believe they felt something went wrong at the dealer which they were trying to cover up, hence the abnormal 50% off gesture. Although they were not able to help very much and suggested I continue negotiations with the dealer. I tried contacting Blanco yesterday but could not seem to catch her outside of lunch and left a message for her. I will be contacting the GM today and have already began seeking legal assistance. More

I've witness on a number of occasion on how Blanca interacts with her staff and customer and time & time again she shows compassion, concern and understanding with each interaction.
