I spent multiple days on the phone with one of their sales associates. I was sent videos of a truck while it was still dirty. I had to call out a massive dent in the front bumper that was not mentioned when I asked about damage, we were able to make a deal by taking some money off of the price for this one issue. I showed up to pick up the vehicle and it looked like it had just been through a demo Derby then parked at a driving range. There was no reference to this damage through other discussions with sales associate. When I voiced my concern about this. They lead me on that they may be able to make a deal on another vehicle, mind you I had just driven two hours with little kids and had taken time off from work. I test drove this vehicle under the premise that they would need to adjust the price to match the deal we had made on the other truck, which they lead on would be a possibility. When I sat down, they brought in the Sales Manager, who then said they would not budge a cent on the $4000 more expensive truck and that I should’ve known through their phone video about all of the dents and scratches and busted rear bumper that were not disclosed when I asked. This place is terrible. They have zero customer service, they lie, cheat and steal. The Sales Manager decided to then call me after the fact, he had cherry picked phone calls with the sales person, he tried to say that I was not being honest, when he did not see all of the calls. He wasn’t trying to make a sale, it apologize, this place just likes to try to be right when they couldn’t be more wrong. Stay Away! More
