I have gone through Kayleigh and Jack Chevy several times now. First, Kayleigh is amazing. She’s personable, knowledgeable, and eager to help her customers out. Honestly, she’s the only reason I’ve gone back now. First, Kayleigh is amazing. She’s personable, knowledgeable, and eager to help her customers out. Honestly, she’s the only reason I’ve gone back. However, between the pushy sales manager that comes over acting like he’s doing you some massive favor and the financing guy that pushes and attempts to guilt you in buying the extended warranty, I unfortunately will not be going back to Jack. This is by no means a knock against Kayleigh, just to reiterate, but the other staff members seem to not understand people don’t want to be pushed and bullied into certain things they’ve already said no to.
