I'd been working with Leon Scott and he'd taken me out to test drive a variety of vehicles so I could compare features and driving experiences. I really wanted an Accent Sport in red so I was really excited when one showed up at the dealership. The staff was really professional and patient when I was unable to get my insurance company on the phone and had to make a quick run to the local office. Everyone was very professional and friendly and I understand now why so many people shop here for their cars. It was a great first time car buying experience and Leon knows I will be back in a few years when I can afford an Ioniq. More

Professional Sales staff- Unhappy with Finance We enjoyed working with our salesperson, Luis. He was professional and had a good understanding of the vehicles. However, it was such a strong SELL on the extended coverage, Gap Insurance, ect.. in finance that totally changed our minds about this dealership. Being told that the car we are purchasing needs the extended coverage because it was an "Accent after all" was the deal breaker. I understand it's their job to sell these items, but once we have said NO three or four times they should drop the hard sell. Also, our loan was set-up incorrectly and now I have to fix it with our credit union. I wouldn't even be aware that they made several mistakes, but it happens to be with the credit union we bank with. Completely disappointed. More

I was introduced to Ian Burns, who had an incredible depth of knowledge about the vehicle and did a fantastic job of understanding my purchase needs. He picked up on what was important to me with a car and purchase process (especially working around my schedule). Ian orchestrated and the rest of the team followed suit in executing a professional and efficient premium buying experience that was much better and more personable than I've had at BMW and Audi dealerships.
