David good, Don bad David was really great, gave us great service like showing us how everything worked in the car and helping set it up. Don the finance guy is another matter. He lied to us about there only being a 10 year/100000 mile warranty on our brand new car. He not only did not tell us about the 5 year/60000 mile new car warranty, he said that nothing else on our car was covered except for the transmission and engine. He then showed service contract options which would then cover all of the other things in the car. Well of course we want stuff covered so we bought one. Then we found out he lied to us. We tried to call him to cancel the service contract he sold us since our car has the 5 year new car warranty. He told my husband over the phone that our car did not have that warranty, my husband said that yes it did it is listed on the sales sticker that we found in the glove compartment. He then laughed and said that even if we canceled the service contract it wouldn't change our monthly payments and that we could not cancel the service contract for 4-6 weeks. He refused to help us. I had to call the General Manager Mike Carroll and ask for help. Only then did it get taken care of. We are still waiting to see the credit on our loan balance, but I am sure it will happen soon. More
