Anytime I need maintenance or whatever, they are all nice. I've recommended my boyfriend buy a car at this dealer which he did (last year). My brother just went down in the last week and bought a Tuscon, and I have another friend going down this weekend to help her daughter buy a car and I referred them all to Craig Gruber as well. I wont go anywhere else! Also, when I have looked for used cars, this seems to be the only dealer that is inlign with Kelly Blue Prices and you guys don't over inflate prices that are thousands of dollars more than what the car is actually worth. I did ALOT of homework before coming to this dealer. The prices and friendly folks keep me coming back. More

Very Helpful Ian worked hard to get me the car that I wanted. While it wasn't the most expensive model, he understood my needs and made sure I was happy. It took me a few weeks to decide the exact car I wanted but when I did, Ian found it right away and was very helpful and patient. Plus I loved his attitude and attire. He was patient, experienced, and knowledgeable. There was a billing dispute/misunderstanding that was resolved. I was told the sales taxes were added in after the discounts; however, they were added to the total including the discounts. After a lengthy discussion with the manager, he agreed it was fair to think I wasn't given info in a clear manner. He did offer to reimburse me the extra sales tax money, which he has already done. I appreciated that very much. Also, I would have preferred to have been told the Sonata Hybrid did not come with a spare tire. It would not have changed my mind, but it would have been something to tell me before I opened the trunk and not find one there! Overall, I would rate this dealership top-notch! More
