Great Experience After looking at almost all the vehicles comparable to the Sonata the choice was easy. Found 3 cars online we were interested in & the one at Jack Car After looking at almost all the vehicles comparable to the Sonata the choice was easy. Found 3 cars online we were interested in & the one at Jack Carroll's had both the Tech & Ultimate pkg, whereas the others had Tech only, & was priced just a few hundred dollars more plus it was sold in a county with a lower tax rate. Our salesman, Cody Barrow, was great to work with & has followed up with us multiple times asking if we have any questions about the car & how we like it. Overall buying the car was simple, painless & even fun at times, great experience & a fantastic car. More

Love My 2016 Tucson Limited Ultimate. It is perfect! Our sales person Cody Barrow was very professional. He was a pleasure to work with. They did not have the color combination we wanted. Cody researched and found my perfect Tucson at another dealership. The sales manager Joe Kinsland was very professional. He sealed the deal along with Cody. We had heard from others to go to this dealership. We drove 45 minutes as Jack Carrolls Skagit has the lowest tax rate in Washington State. Plus we feel our deal was satisfactory. I am so in love with my 2016 Tucson Limited Ultimate in classy black with light tan interior with black accents. The exterior has such beautiful lines. It looks and feels great. Wonderful smooth ride even over bumps cracks. We bought the ultimate package. So many bells and whistles. My favorite would be the Panaromic sunroof. It makes the interior so airy and light. I Enjoy having so many safety features. Back up camera, nav system, blind spot detection, power lift tailgate, heated leather seats front and back, power seats, lumbar drivers seat, Bluetooth and other controls on the steering wheel, etc. The 2016 Tucson Limited Ultimate Package has everything you could possibly want and need. Hyundai has really come a long way on this model. I do not have one negative thing to say about my new Tucson or Jack Corrolls! Our daughter will be in the market for a Santa Fe in the next couple of months. She will definitely be going to Jack Carrols. More
Finally got it right Our 2012 hybrid never lived up to expectations in MPG. We loved the car as transportation and style, but felt let down by the couple of problems that Our 2012 hybrid never lived up to expectations in MPG. We loved the car as transportation and style, but felt let down by the couple of problems that were never resolved, mainly the intermittent stalling under acceleration, engine racing, and cruise control sometimes overshooting set point. Everything else was awesome. Now, the 2016 Sonata, that is a different story. This vehicle is superb, mind you we have only had it for a week, but it is light years ahead of the 2012 and the competition. The standard feature list goes on forever and we have found them to be very welcome additions, especially the blind spot detection and the dual power seat memory. The biggest problem we had was finding a blue Sonata within 1000 miles, then we discovered "mist". Not many of them around either, but we love the color. Good job all around. ** OBTW, I did not find out until the day after we purchased that my niece worked for the dealership! More
